The chefs wake up bright and early to start a new challenge from Chef Ramsay, with Maurice now wearing a red jacket.
Chef Ramsay: Good morning everyone!
Chefs: Good Morning chef!
Chef Ramsay: Alright, now for today’s challenge. As you all know, a chef needs to be able to work with what he or she is given. A good chef can cook anything and make it remarkable... so today, I’m giving you random cuts of meat to cook with.
Chef Ramsay then points to 2 tables behind him, each of which has 8 dish coverings.
Chef Ramsay: I would like you to choose one of the eight dishes on the table that corresponds to your team. Whatever is under the dome is what you’ll be cooking. There are 2 of each dish for both teams... whoever has the same dish on your team will be your partner for this challenge, and you’ll both be cooking the same dish.
The chefs then pick their dishes.
For the men, Lincoln and Fox will be cooking ribeye, Jake and Jay will be cooking a NY strip, Pierre and Ben will be cooking a flank steak, and Nick and Matt will cook sirloin.
For the women, the ribeye will be cooked by Janet and Nevra, the NY strip by Kourtney and Europe, the Flank Steak by Ocean and Candy, and the Sirloin by Sugar May and Maurice.
The chefs begin cooking their cuts of meat until time runs out.
During the time period, the chef’s communication with their partners was judged by Chef Ramsay. Their communication was judged on a 1-5 scare, with 5 being the best. Keep in mind, the chefs know nothing about this.

Halfway through, you’ll be treated to an amazing lunch with a stunning Mountain View. The limo is waiting for you out front, so get changed quickly!
The Blue Team then goes back to the dorms to get ready for their amazing day of horseback riding.
Chef Ramsay: Red Team... you are in for one horrible day. I have ordered several chunks of meat that should be delivered here shortly. You’ll be spending the day carrying them all inside and cutting them apart. Go to the dorms and relax while you can... you’ll be working for quite some time.
The Blue Team then enjoys their day in the valley while the Red Team gets through their punishment of cutting meat.

During the first few minutes of dinner service, the first mistake of the night comes from the Blue Kitchen.
Chef Ramsay: Hey! Who cooked this risotto?
Fox: I did, chef.
Chef Ramsay: Taste that! Just taste it!
Fox: It’s bland, chef.
Chef Ramsay: Then put some fucking seasoning in there! If you can tell it’s bland why didn’t you fucking season it?!
Fox then seasons his risotto and attempts to bounce back.
Meanwhile, in the Red Kitchen, Candy isn’t having any luck with her risotto either.
Chef Ramsay: CANDY! Did you cook this?
Candy: Yes, chef.
Chef Ramsay: It’s fucking stuck to the pan! Why aren’t you using a non stick pan?
Candy: I don’t know chef, but I can start using one.
Chef Ramsay: Fucking hell... that’s what I thought you were always using!
Despite this, Candy sends in her risotto twice. However, after that, appetizers come out of both kitchens smoothly.
As entree’s are starting to be ordered, Chef Ramsay finds a raw salmon in the Blue Kitchen.
Chef Ramsay: Who cooked this salmon?
Jake: I did, chef.
Chef Ramsay: Just look at that! It’s fucking RAW!
Jake: Yes chef, I’ll make another one.
Chef Ramsay: DO IT FAST!
Meanwhile, in the red kitchen, a salmon has been made while the garnish is far from ready.
Europe: I need 8 minutes on garnish!
Chef Ramsay: What? We have a fucking salmon ready, and you still need 8 minutes? Where’s the communication?! START COMMUNICATING!
Back in the Blue Kitchen, Chef Ramsay finds a dish that isn’t expected.
Chef Ramsay: Hey! I have a fucking risotto here, who cooked it?
Fox: I did, chef.
Chef Ramsay: We don’t need a ducking risotto!
Fox: Sorry chef, I thought I heard someone call for risotto.
Chef Ramsay: We’re done with appetizers, we don’t need risotto anymore!
Fox: Sorry chef.
Chef Ramsay: Blue team, you’re falling apart! GET A GRIP!
But the Blue Team never does. There are several communication issues with Matt and Ben... but the final mistake comes from the fish station again.
Chef Ramsay: Hey, you! Did you cook this?
Jake: Yes, chef.
Chef Ramsay: Look at that... rubber scallops. They fucking bounce! They BOUNCE! I’m fucking done.

For the first team, the Blue Team has been kicked out of service.
Meanwhile, the red kitchen is finally able to complete a service.
When everything is over, Chef Ramsay tells the Blue Team to come up with 2 nominees for elimination.
In the dorms, the blue team discuss there were communication issues with Ben and Matt... but Jake and Fox kept screwing up their food.
Matt is trying to angrily say that he doesn’t deserve to go up while Jake nervously pleads his case. Fox also tries to plead his case confidently, and Ben doesn’t really talk about his performance.
The Blue Team then reaches a decision.
-Elimination Ceremony-
The Blue Team meets with Chef Ramsay for elimination.
Chef Ramsay: Red Team, congratulations on your first respectable service.
Red Team: Thank you, chef.
Chef Ramsay: Blue team, I don’t know what the hell happened, but tonight you all just switched off. Have you reached a decision?
Blue Team: Yes chef.
Chef Ramsay: Nick, Blue Team’s first nominee and why?

Fox. He kept struggling to get the risotto right, and we feel like compared with the last 2 services, he’s a weak link for this team.

Jake, only because he couldn’t get it together on the fish station tonight.
Chef Ramsay: That’s true... okay. Fox, Jake, step forward.
Fox and Jake face Chef Ramsay and state why they should stay in Hell’s Kitchen. Chef Ramsay asks what happened to Jake tonight and if he’s done. Jake says tonight was a minor setback and that he’s not done, and he knows he can bounce back. Fox is asked if he can grow, and he says he can absolutely improve.
Chef Ramsay: The person leaving Hell’s Kitchen is...

Fox then takes his jacket off and hands it to Chef Ramsay.
Chef Ramsay: I’m just not feeling it. You say you’ll improve, but you clearly have not improved over the past 3 services. Goodnight.
Fox then leaves Hell’s Kitchen.
Chef Ramsay: Jake... WAKE UP, back in line.
Jake rejoins his team.
Chef Ramsay: Blue Team, you all took a step back tonight. Meanwhile, the Red Team took a step forward. What I want to see is BOTH kitchens taking a step forward. Got it?
Everyone: Yes chef!
Chef Ramsay: Get out of here.
The chefs then return to their dorms for the night.
As Chef Ramsay walks up to his office, his voice can be heard narrating the scene.
“I usually eliminate the weaker chefs early on so I don’t carry around dead weight. And tonight, I saw a Fox in a kitchen of wolves.”
Chef Ramsay then hangs up Fox’s coat, and his picture burns up.
