16 chefs enter the doors of Hell’s Kitchen and meet Gordon Ramsey.
-Reward Challenge-
For the reward challenge, all chefs must make their signature dishes, in hope of impressing Gordon Ramsay enough to earn a point over the other team.
While the men had some memorable dishes, like Dex’s Tonkatsu Shoyu Ramen, and Josh’s Cream Brûlée, the women are able to impress Chef Ramsay with Ashanti’s Lemon Squares, Coco’s Poutine, and Cherry’s Marinated Tofu.
The Red Team wins the reward challenge!
The women get to enjoy a day-long cruise in the Caribbean while the men have to clean, vacuum, and decorate the restaurant in preparation for tonight’s first dinner service.
-Dinner Service-
After the women’s wonderful day and the men’s grueling punishment is over, both team’s prepare for dinner service.
There are a few setbacks from both kitchens. Brenda can’t quite cook her dishes, while Kai keeps overcooking everything.
Jaxon keeps failing to properly make the lamb sauce as well as over cook the lamb, and Colin keeps sending in raw meat. Ashanti also keeps over cooking her food.
However, Chef Ramsay meets his breaking point when Colin sends in uneven portions of lamb.
Chef Ramsay yells for the Blue Team to “GET OUT!”
