16 Houseguests checked in to the Big Brother house, each of them hoping to make it to finale night and win.

During the premiere, I announced the theme of this season’s house. Super Mario Bros! I then announced that the houseguests would have to pick one of the different pipes to go through for a chance at a secret power. They all picked, and the powers were given.

I also announced that there was a secret exit hidden somewhere, which would allow the finder to be immune from eviction until jury. A few searched, but it was LaCroix who found it and earned safety.

Then the game REALLY began.

Madi won the first Head of Household competition and nominated Systrix and Kevin. Gabe won the Power of Veto, but chose not to use it. In the first eviction of the season, Systrix ended up getting the most votes and walked out the door.

In Week 2, Corn became the new HOH. She nominated Sarah and Michael, but Sarah won the Veto and saved herself. Corn replaced her with Leon, but it was Michael who ended up leaving after the season’s first tied vote.

Gabe became the next Head of Household and nominated Lindsay and Cindy. Kyle won the Veto, but kept nominations the same. In the eviction that followed, Lindsay became the 3rd houseguest to leave.

In the next week, Corn won her second HOH and nominated Cindy and Leon. She then went on the win the Power of Veto too, and left her nominations the same. Cindy ended up leaving in another tied vote.

Maliyah was the next houseguest to win HOH. She nominated Matt and Leon, but Leon surprised everyone and won the Veto. He took himself off the block, and was replaced with Kyle. Kyle was evicted, but ended up staying thanks to a secret Power somebody had.

Kyle didn’t stay long though. He was nominated by Cameron, who won HOH, along with Leon in the week that followed. Cameron won the Veto and kept his nominations the same. In the end, Kyle was evicted again, the week after he was saved from eviction.

The houseguests were then surprised to learn that another houseguest would be leaving that same night. During the Double Eviction, Kevin won the Head of Household competition and nominated Maliyah and LaCroix, who’s safety had worn off. However, it was revealed that Maliyah had a secret power that would keep her off the block the first time somebody nominated her. Kevin was then forced to choose someone else, and put up Madi in her place. LaCroix then won the Veto and took himself off, and Kevin replaced him with Cameron, who ended up getting evicted.

LaCroix won the Head of Household competition that followed, and nominated Kevin and Matt. However, Matt won the Veto and took himself off. He was replaced with Leon, who ended up being evicted.

Madi then won her second Head of Household competition and nominated Kevin and Logan. However, it was revealed that the final power was used, which allowed the user to take a nominee off the block and replace them with a nominee of their own. The user of the power took Logan off the block and put up Corn in his place. Corn, however, won the Veto and took herself off. The power user replaced her with Maliyah, but it was Kevin who was sent to the jury house after the season’s THIRD tied vote!

Corn became the Head of Household for the third time. She nominated Logan and Matt. LaCroix won the Veto and Kept nominations the same. By a very
Close vote, Matt was evicted.

The next HOH was Sarah. She nominated Maliyah and Logan. Gabe won the Veto and took Logan off the block. Sarah put up Corn as a replacement, who was evicted in the season’s first unanimous vote.

To everyone’s surprise, another double eviction took place. Madi won the Head of Household competition and nominated Logan and Maliyah. LaCroix won the Veto and kept nominations the same. At the end of the day, Logan went home.

With the end in sight, the next person to win HOH was Gabe. He nominated Sarah and Maliyah, but Sarah won the Veto and took herself off. Gabe put up LaCroix in her place, but it was Maliyah who left after the fourth and final tied vote of the season.

In the last week, LaCroix became Head of Household and nominated Sarah and Gabe. Sarah won the final and most important Power of Veto competition of the season and took herself off, Madi automatically going up in her place. Sarah, being the only person allowed to vote, decided to evict Madi.

And then there were 3...

LaCroix, Sarah, and Gabe.

One of them will be the final person to be evicted.

One of them will be the runner up.

And one of them will be the official season 2 winner!

The first part of the Final HOH competition will be tomorrow. For now, houseguests, enjoy your final 3 banquet:
