So, allow me to explain what this season is all about, as well as my inspiration behind it.
As I look back at the history of this game, I know that there are some villagers that have been used by certain users, but then those users leave the site and do not return for another season, and therefore we have never really seen more the villagers they’ve used. So this season is kind of serving as a possible way for us to see some of those villagers again!
Usually every season, I have strict rules about who you can and can’t apply with, such as if it’s a standard season then you have to use a new villager, or if it’s an All Star season then you HAVE to use a villager that you and ONLY you have used in the past… and sometimes I only limit this to villagers that have only appeared once.
Well for this special season, take all those rules… and throw them in the garbage can. This season, there is only one rule: do not apply as a previous winner (this is because I don’t just want everyone applying as someone on the winner wall thinking that being a past winner gives them an advantage).
Other than that, NO VILLAGER IS OFF LIMITS!!! It doesn’t matter if they’ve played before OR if someone else used them, you can apply as any villager who isn’t already on the winner wall!
When you choose a villager, you can choose anyone you want… but personally I would recommend choosing a villager you haven’t been in the past, because guess what? You will be able to use the villager you choose here in a future All Stars season! So think carefully about who you want to use.
Keep in mind that I’m still going to be using past-season relationships if two or more villagers happen to be from the same season. You can still use anyone you want though.
With this in mind, I will be looking for 8 male and 8 female villagers. Remember that you technically can be a villager you’ve already used in the past, however that would be a waste of this opportunity to use any villager you want to. I highly suggest using a villager that someone else has used in the past so you can use them in a future season!
Also: I still don’t allow special characters. They still have to be a standard New Horizons villager that can move onto and off of an island.
Think carefully about who you want to use, and when you’re ready, post their name down below. Remember: as long as they aren’t on the winner wall, NO villager is off limits.
