I'm honestly shocked to be writing this blog today. I never imagined the effect this website would have on my life when I joined Tengaged five years ago.
Five years ago I had just begun my freshmen year of high school and was in a really difficult point in my life. Being a hormonal 14 year old train wreck, thinking about committing suicide and then going to therapy for help, I would've never bet that I'd be where I am now in my life. Now I'm travelling across Europe for four months and living the best moments of my entire life.
In those five years I've hosted 37 seasons of Survivor, 2 seasons of Big Brother, and 1 season of The Challenge. Group Games have always been what kept me around on this site for so long because I found true joy from hosting and playing such an assortment of different formats.
I worked my way up to buying the TV Star color level. I've begun collecting an assortment of designs to change up my avatar more frequently. I played my first and only Stars game, coming just short of the Final 3.
This website is not the same as it was in 2013, and I honestly don't think for the better. I'm glad to see there is change happening, but I think it's going to be a long process to try and bring this website out of the toxic depths it reached over the last couple years.
I'm not leaving this site just yet, but I know my time here is far greatly limited than what it used to be, and I'm completely happy with that fact. I know I'm doing amazing things and working towards living a happy and successful life outside of the internet. Who knows what the future holds though? Maybe I'll revive my hosting career in 2019 after I'm done traveling.

Cheers to the future as I celebrate my past on this site. I have no idea how much longer I'll be here, but Tengaged will always be a part of my life.
