Since semi-final 1 of Eurovision is in 3 days, I decided to rank all of this year's songs based on how much I like them.

GREECE
What a song. Considering Greece's track record recently has been iffy, I was not expecting to fall instantly in love with their entry this year, but that's what happened. This is unlike any other song this year, despite being a pop track. It's classy and elegant, while also being memorable and just fantastic. To start, Katerine BY FAR has my favorite vocals of this year. Her timbre is absolutely beautiful, and the fact that she's able to hit those whistle notes flawlessly... perfection. Her high note live has been the only part of an entry that's given me goosebumps during rehearsal too. The song itself is also perfect, and I can't find a single flaw throughout the song. I love how she starts soft and then explodes into a chorus. The anthemic ending is also a fantastic ending, and I can't wait to see how that is live, especially if Katerine just continuously hits vocal runs, which she's clearly capable of doing. The aesthetic is great as well, and I love her usage of pastel colors and only female dancers, as I think it heightens the entire performance as a whole. Everything about this entry from Katerine, to the song, to the staging is fantastic, and I love it all. I haven't enjoyed a Eurovision song this much since LoveWave, so I'm happy that I've finally found another song I absolutely adore. I really do think this has a chance at the win, and I can't believe everyone seems to be underrating this so far. If anything though, this deserves to be the highest placing female vocalist this year, and I really hope it gives Greece its best result of the decade because its what the song deserves.
