the camera pans over a dense woodland, trees cover miles of land as the darkness takes over, slowly a women can be heard running whilst breathing heavily, suddenly the camera cuts to a close up of Iris who is sprinting through the dark forest with Eliza behind her, Iris is still carrying an injured Channie as growls can be heard all around her.
Eliza: keep going we’re almost there
They continue running, it sounds like the growls are getting larger and closer as a sense of panic set in Iris wanting to get to the safe house, suddenly they run into a clearing to see a wooden two story house in the clearing, Tony at the door waving to the girls
Tony: quickly get in!
The trio rush in to the house as Tony quickly shuts and locks the door. Iris is still breathing heavily when Gavin comes over and takes Channie off her and takes her into another room as Eliza follows them. Iris looks up to see Tony, Nathaniel, Henry and Mayson sitting around as she looks for others.
Iris: where is everyone else
Nathaniel: this is all that made it here
Mayson: loads of people got ambushed by walkers on the way here
Iris: my god
Eliza walks out of the other room
Eliza: Mary is in the back with Max & Channie
Iris: how are they holding up?
Eliza: they will be fine, Max is awake, Channie has lost blood but will be fine once Mary and I stitch her up
Iris: ok thank you
Eliza nods as she returns into the other room
Nathaniel: well this was an unexpected turn of events
Henry: it’s not unexpected, we were targeted
Nathaniel: what do you mean
Henry: me and Tony noticed people cutting holes in the fences, people are trying to overrun us with walkers
Nathaniel: this cant be true
Tony: it is, it has to be the same people that ambushed me & Iris back at the highway
Iris: why would people be doing this
Eliza: because they’ve found us
Eliza re-enters the room
Iris: you think those bandits have found us
Eliza: it was only a matter of time
Henry: woah hold on? What bandits? What are you talking about
Eliza sighs as she sits down
Eliza: I feel I have to be honest with you all
Tony, Henry & others exchange confused looks as Iris & Nathaniel take a breath as the camera pans on Eliza who is clearly nervous.

The camera cuts back to inside the house as Eliza is sat in the living room with Iris, Nathaniel, Henry & Mayson as the others look to her before she finally speaks
Eliza: Nathaniel & Iris are already aware of this but before I got to Sommerton, I was ambushed by a group of bandits, they lived north of the town about 20 miles north so they were far, I never told them about this place, but I assume they found out about us which is why they attacked
Henry: so you knew about these people and didn’t tell ANYONE!
Eliza: well firstly I told Nathaniel, JJ & Harley, Iris found out during the evacuation. Secondly I was going to inform everyone else, once we were ready to battle them
Tony: battle?
Mayson: hold up, so you’re telling me there are crazy psychos out there attacking whoever and you wanted us to fight them
Eliza: when we were ready
Nathaniel: Eliza knew that when we were strong, we could defeat them and stop them from killing us
Henry: so you’re telling me this crazy bitch was just training us up to fight her stupid battle
Eliza: ITS NOT STUPID!
Henry: YOU WER MAKING US YOUR LITTLE SOLIDERS!
Iris: HENRY ENOUGH
the room goes quiet as everyone stays in silence for a moment
Eliza: look, I’m not sitting here and saying everything I did was wrong, however now we all know so either we sit here and become sitting ducks or we fight them
Henry: you really think I’m about to help you
Iris: Henry
Henry: no Iris, I’m not about to sit here and be her little minion and do whatever she says, I don’t take orders from her and neither should you Nathaniel
Nathaniel: right ok, looks like everyone needs to have a moment to breath since this is shocking news, Henry you head upstairs, Tony & Gavin be on lookout.
As everyone goes to their positions, Mayson walk up to Eliza who is clearly irritated by the talk
Eliza: yes Mayson
Mayson: I’m not saying what you did was write but if they are the bad guys then we need to get rid of them
Eliza: thank you Mayson
Mayson shrugs as she walks upstairs as Eliza takes a sigh of relief
In the other room, Max is sitting on a chair watching Mary stitch up Channie’s leg, he tries to wipe away tears as Iris walks into the room.
Iris: hey Mary how is Channie doing
Mary: she’ll recover, however the damage to her leg is serious, without professional help...
Max: she’s screwed basically
Mary: well no, just quick getaways will be difficult for her
Iris: thank you for the update Mary
Mary nods as she makes her way out the room, Iris sits next to Max
Iris: I’d ask how your feeling but we both know the answer
Max: why did it have to be Channie though, she done enough wrong
Max starts to tear up as Iris comes over and puts an arm round his shoulder
Iris: the world has done to shit Max, a lot of bad shit has happened to too many good people
Max: yeah but it shouldn’t have happened to Channie, I was meant to protect her
Iris: and you have and still are
Max: no I haven’t....
Iris: she’s still alive isn’t she
Max: barely
Iris: but she’s still survive Max, you haven’t screwed anything up
Max: it feels like it
Iris: ok, let’s see it this way, what would Channie say in this situation
Max: she’s say that it wasn’t my fault because there was nothing I could have done to prevented it
Iris: well then there you go
Channie: I also would say stop crying cause I’m not dead
Iris & Max look over as Channie starts to open her eyes and move her head
Max: CHANNIE!
Max rushes over to his sisters side and hugs her, Channie smiles but winces slightly as Iris gently pulls him away
Max: I’m so sorry Channie
Channie: Iris just explained this Max, you don’t need,to be sorry, I’m still alive ain’t I
Iris: exactly, how you feeling
Channie: really tired but that’s to be expected with the amount of blood I lost and I can’t really feel my right leg so I kinda already know the deal
Max: Channie I’m so..
Channie: Maxwell Benedict Lakers don’t even go there
Iris: oh damn she said your full name
The three of them stay silent for a moment before laughing toward for a moment. As the laughter dies down Max looks over at his sister and smiles
Max: I’m really glad your ok
Channie: and I’m glad your ok
Iris: I’m glad we’re all ok
Channie: I have a question though
Iris: go on
Channie: do we know what happened to the others
Iris: no actually and that’s a good point, let me go ask Eliza
Iris gets up and rushes into the living room as Channie looks over at her brother and smiles. Max smiles back as he holds on his sister’s hand and squeezes it, a sense of calm and happiness fills the room.

Back upstairs Henry is walking around a bedroom, clearly frustrated with the conversation that has just happened, not being able to sit down due to his frustration, he starts tapping a desk as Nathaniel walks in calmly and shuts the door.
Henry: I seriously can’t right now Nathaniel
Nathaniel: I’m aware
Henry: and you knew this whole time
Nathaniel: yes but let me explain
Henry: what is there to explain, you guys were building not only my group up but other civilians to fight her battles
Nathaniel: her battle would have become our battle sooner or later and right now that’s pretty much become the case
Henry: how do we even know it’s them
Nathaniel: geographically speaking they are nearest group of people we know of in our area
Henry: true
Nathaniel: plus by the way Eliza was speaking about them, these guys that ambushed us seem like the same guys
Henry: I mean who else would cover themselves in guts and would walkers as a shield to destroy our settlement
Nathaniel: exactly
Henry: but why did you want to go along with Eliza’s plan?
Nathaniel: because it could have worked out well for us
Henry: now this I have to hear
Nathaniel: think about it, we take over their community, have strong people on our side and become the dominant community, nobody will be able to defend us
Henry: that’s a good point
Nathaniel: plus if me and you were the leaders, we would slowly be able to rebuild not only their settlement but other settlements into a way that we wanted and take ourselves in a new ages were we make the rules of the world
Henry: and no one can stop us when we become too powerful
Nathaniel: exactly my friend
Henry: we can finally create the world we want, that deserves to be made
Nathaniel: now your following
Nathaniel comes across pats Henry on the shoulders
Nathaniel: once all the pieces come together, we can finally have our own way
Henry: I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship
Nathaniel: it already was, all I did was show you what we can achieve

The pair of them laugh, Henry has a hint of evil in his laugh as Henry takes to relax and Nathaniel starts to smile deviously. The camera cuts to other side of the door where Mayson is over hearing their conversation. She rolls her eyes and shakes her head before moving away from the door.

The camera cuts to outside the house. Gavin & Tony are both outside the house, Tony on one side of he porch, Gavin on the other as Iris walks out the door and greets them both.
Iris: how is it looking out here boys
Tony: seems to be clear
Gavin: haven’t heard any noises in the bushes so hopefully they have passed us
Iris: you think they are looking for us
Tony: 100%, they attacked us multiple times, they probably even ambushed Monica and other which is why they aren’t here
Iris: I hope they are ok
Tony: I know Monica will is fine along with everyone
Iris: I know but it’s the fact I don’t know where she is which makes me nervous
Tony: I’m sure she will be walking up to meet us in no time...AHHH
Tony suddenly falls to his knees as a knife goes straight into his side, Iris rushes to Tony as Gavin looks around as Eliza comes rushes out with Mayson at the window.
Eliza: what happened
Iris: someone is here
Suddenly a man comes walking up towards the house, slowly clapping, Gavin and Eliza both point their guns as the man chuckles
Man: oh I wouldn’t do that if I were you
Gavin: what’s your name
Man: I could ask you the same thing, sadly I don’t care enough
Eliza: considering you highly outnumbered, I don’t think you have the right to tell us what to do
Man: oh on the contrary, I have man in the bushes with guns pointed all at your faces so I think it’s the other way round
Eliza & Gavin look at each other for a moment before lowering their guns
Man: smart choice there
Iris: so what’s your name
Man: yall ready care to know my name huh, well it’s Alec
Iris: what do you want, why have you and your people been attacking our group
Alec: I have no idea what your talking about
Tony: oh give it a rest you idiot
Alec: hmmm pretty mouthy for a guy who just got a knife thrown at his side
Iris: he has a point, we know what you and your people have been doing so I’ll ask again, why have you been attacking us
Alec: well I mean it’s very simple. You have supplies, we want them, you have weapons, we want them, you have females......we want them if you know what I mean

Alec without missing a beat draws out his gun and points it at Eliza who doesn’t react whatsoever
Alec: hmmm, guess your not scared of a gun huh
Alec stays closer
Alec: hang on a minute I remember you, weren’t you the old hag who we ambushed a few months back.....yeah, killed your husband, took your child, left you on the road to die.....shame that last part didn’t happen
Eliza: yeah it is a shame for you
Alec: ballsy thing to say to a man pointing a gun at you....I admire it
Alec puts his gun back in his pocket
Alec: so here’s what is going to happen, you’re gonna give us your weapons and supplies, we will head back to our base and you’ll move on
Iris: not gonna happen
Alec: oh I think it will
Iris: in your dreams maybe
Alec takes a step closer and glares at Iris
Alec: be thankful I’m not taking you back for the boys to have fun with ya, cause I’m real close to making it happen
Iris: you wouldn’t even be able to drag me 2 feet
Alec: hmmm I like a challenge
Alec starts to slowly walk
Alec: now I am going to say this again, give us your supplies and weapons and be on your merry way....if you don’t agree this time....you’ll regret it
Eliza: as we said before we ain’t giving you shit
Alec: are you sure that’s your final answer
Iris: go to hell
Alec: don’t say I didn’t warn you
Without missing a beat again, Alec in lighting speed, takes out his gun and fires a shot, right into Tony’s head. Iris screams as the bullet misses her and Tony falls into her arms lifeless as Blood starts to drip out of the wound, Eliza looks on in shock as Alec quickly aims his gun at Gavin before Gavin even as time to react
Alec: you aim your gun and you’ll be next fella
Gavin lowers his gun as Alec starts smiling
Alec: ok I think you’ve got the message by now, if you don’t give me what I asked for, that shit will keep happening
Iris: why do this, why can’t you live with other people
Alec: really....you wanna ask a stupid question like that
Iris: I’m still waiting for your stupid answer
Alec rolls his eyes as he begins to talk
Alec: because most people now are weak, they want solidarity and peace in a world that is plagued with death and destruction, the only way we survive this world is by becoming the strongest, by taking what we need in order to survive and letting the weak die out, which would be you guys if you hadn’t already guessed it by now
Eliza: you think we’re weak
Alec chuckles as Eliza takes a couple steps towards him
Eliza: oh laugh all you want but the last thing you’re gonna do is call us weak, cause all you’ve done here is fuel our fire and my only intention now is to watch you and all your men burn to the ground
Alec: well that’s very sweet of you to say but boss man back at base won’t let that happen, especially not by the names of some old hag like you
Eliza: it’s a shame your boss man doesn’t realise that a women’s scorn is a deadly thing
Alec: so is my gun, guess you’ll learn that the hard way
As Alec points his gun at Eliza’s head as everyone looks in shock. Suddenly another gun shot is heard as Alec screams in pain as he falls to his knee, grabbing onto his leg that starts to seps with blood. The group look around confused for a moment, before Chris comes walking out with a gun in his followed, Tabatha & JJ follow him. On the other side Monica, Holdyn & Big Dom walk out as the group in the cabin look out in happiness
Iris: Monica!
Mayson: Chris! Holdyn!
Chris & Holdyn smile at Mayson who is in the window
Eliza: JJ good to see you
JJ: likewise
Iris: how did you know we were here
Monica: JJ knew of the safe house
Chris: we made our way here on feet, once we heard the commotion, we knew we had to be quiet
JJ: don’t worry though his 4 men that were hiding in the bushes have been taken care of
Alec: you dirty animals
Monica: oh now we’re the animals, funny how the tables turn
Alec spits at Monica who quickly kicks him in the face as he,struggles to get back to his feet. By this time Eliza has made her way towards him and the other
Eliza: looks like you underestimated us
Alec: on the contrary, you underestimated how much shit you’ve just gotten yourself into
JJ: well in that case why don’t you send a message back to your leader
Alec: go on
JJ: tell him to leave us alone
Monica: and if he tries to attack us again
Iris: it will be the last thing he does
Chris: because we will death his base to the ground
Holdyn: and every bad soul in it
Eliza: because are done being scared and we aren’t scared of you
Alec starts to laugh
Alec: well I already know his answer.....EAT SHIT!
the group stare at him as he continues to laugh, suddenly Eliza grabs her gun and points it right at Alec’s skull
Eliza: guess we will have to send him that message ourselves, but before I send you on your way, who should I address the message too?
Alec: Kenneth
Eliza: well don’t worry I’ll make sure Kenneth gets the message loud and clear, I’m sure he’ll see you very soon
Before Alec can even have time to response, Eliza pulls her trigger sending a bullet through Alec’s skull before he falls to the ground unconscious. The group look at Eliza whose cold demeanour suddenly relaxes as they start to realise they are no longer in any danger at the moment.
JJ: Eliza are you...
Eliza: I’m fine, really
Monica: oh my god Tony
Monica rushes over to Tony who Iris is still holding, trying to hold back tears as she looks at his lifeless body as Nathaniel, Henry, Mayson, Mary, Max & Channie all exit the house. The group look around at each other in despair
Holdyn: so what’s the plan now then
Henry: what do you mean
Holdyn: I mean what are we going to do about these bandits
Chris: I think we all know
Tabatha: we do
Eliza: yes we do!
Iris: Eliza is right
Iris stands up as everyone looks at her
Iris: we know we have to fight now
Henry: wait are you seriously
Iris: yes! Regardless of how everyone feels, they have sent a message to us with this, they’ve shown that they will kill us in order to advance so now we have a choice, kill or be killed
Chris: as much as I hate to admit it but Iris is right
Nathaniel: yes she is, but we can do this, we are strong, we will not let them win. Sure we don’t have a base right now, yes we may have to retreat for now until we have somewhere secure.....but once we do, Kenneth and these bandits will realise who they have messed with and realise we are not afraid of them and never will be.
Eliza: this is for everyone they have killed..my husband, Nicholas, Spencer, Harley. This is for all of them
Iris: we have to do it for them
Nathaniel: and we will....together!
As the camera pans around, it looks at every member of the group, faces determined, the camera goes pass Chris & Holdyn who hold each other’s hands and smile as Mayson comes over to them with a determined expression. The camera also goes past Max & Channie, Max holding up Channie as they smile over at the others. Then next to Henry who looks nervously around the group. Finally it goes past Eliza and Nathaniel who have an angry yet determined expression, resting on a close up of Iris. Eyes welling up with tears but still looking determined and ready to fight this upcoming battle as the camera cuts to black.

The camera pans into a warehouse as men are seen walking around with heavy equipment and weapons as the camera pans to a table as it goes to the back of a chair, someone is seen sitting on the chair, facing away from the camera as a man approaching them.
Man: Kenneth
Kenneth: do you have news
Man: we managed to remove those survivors from town hall
Kenneth: I’m hearing a bug coming
Man: but when they were found by Alec, he and his men were killed by them
Kenneth sighs as the camera moves towards his face, revealing a broad men with a black beard and look black hair, quite muscular wearing a black denim jacket.
Kenneth: well looks like we’re gonna have to get our hands dirty and finish the job then won’t we
The Kenneth closes in on Kenneth as they starts to snarl evilly and he deviously smirks into the camera, suddenly the camera cuts to black.

The camera cuts over the town hall, a birds eye view is shot, looking at town hall as a massive herd of walkers are banging against the north and east side of the town hall, the camera cuts to inside the herd as walkers continue to bang against the barb fence as a hooded figure covered in guts and blood is at the fence. He brings out a pair of plier cutters and starts to make a hole in the fence. The camera suddenly cuts back to the survivors in the courtyard as Nathaniel makes his way down the watch tower.
Harley: what are we gonna do we’re surrounded via the north and east side
Iris: will the fences hold
Harley: most likely no with the amount of walkers that are around
Nathaniel: how did this happen, I thought you made the barrier
Tony: we did
Harley: unless you screw it up after we left
Iris: Harley this isn’t the time, I was Tony the whole time after you had your tantrum and walked off
Eliza: ALRIGHT ENOUGH!
everyone looks over at Eliza who is slowly walking towards the group calm and collected
Eliza: here is what we’re going to do, Harley & Iris go with Gavin and start packing up as many supplies into bags as we can. Henry, Tony, you go round up as many people as you can and start to shoot down the walkers at the fence. Sierra & Mayson you go and get everyone else and ensure that everyone is ready to evacuate if we need too
Nathaniel: you hear her everyone, go go go
As everyone go to their jobs, Iris looks back at Eliza who is walking into town hall calm as Nathaniel follows her, she looks to be in control as Iris continues to follow Harley & Gavin.
-End Of Scene-
Up on the guard towers, Henry, Tony and others shooting down walkers that are against the fence
Henry: die you sons of bitches
Tony: Henry there are too many of them
Henry: as long as we can kill these ones at the front it should form another barrier
They continue shooting as Tony looks down and notices someone cutting int other fence
Tony: Henry do you see that
Henry looks over at where Tony is pointing
Henry: what the hell...
Suddenly another gunshot is hear and one of the people next to Tony falls to the ground lifeless a gunshot wound to the head as everyone drops to the ground
Tony: what is going on
Henry: looks like we’re under attack
Suddenly they start to hear growls and scream, Tony and Henry look over to the courtyard as they notice walkers are starting to enter the courtyard through holes made as the walkers start to appear civilians inside
Henry: EVERYONE RETREAT! TIME TO EVACUATE NOW!
Henry, Tony and others quickly make their way down the guard towers as they rush towards town hall, a couple people are grabbed by walkers as Tony shoots down walkers near the entrance. Tony, Henry and a couple others get inside the town hall and slam the downs shut and start to barricade as they hear banging and growls from walkers on the other side. The camera cuts to black
-End Of Scene-
Back inside the town hall, Sierra, Mayson and others are around the bedrooms, listening to what’s happening, they are starting to get scared
Mayson: what do you do
Sierra: I don’t know, they said to get everyone and never said where to take them
Mayson: well do we know where we can go
Suddenly screams are heard, everyone looks down the corridor as walkers appear and start approaching them
Sierra: oh shit!
Mayson: quick everyone follow me towards the canteen!
As everyone starts to follow Mayson, Sierra makes sure everyone follows her, she turns to the walkers and notices Sonia standing there
Sierra: Sonia come on!
Sonia turns and looks at her tears streaming down her face
Sierra: Sonia lets go quickly
Sonia: no...
Sierra: what do you mean
Sonia: I’m not going
Sierra: please don’t do this
Sonia: you made me so this
Sierra: what?
Suddenly Sonia turns and runs towards the walkers, Sierra screams as she watches Sonia push herself into the walkers, disappearing into the corridor, only her screams can be heard. Sierra looks on in disbelief as Tony & Henry suddenly appear and grab her
Tony: come on Sierra
They drag Sierra towards the canteen as Sierra stares back, tears streaming down her face as they enter the canteen, Sierra looks over at everyone as Tony, Henry and others start barricading the doors.
The camera then cuts to Iris, Harley & Gavin so have made up around 8 bags of supplies
Iris: ok what’s next
Gavin: we need to get these to people
Suddenly they hear the commotion upstairs
Harley: oh god
Iris: sounds like the walkers got in
Harley: crap!
Gavin: what do we do now
Iris: if people are smart they should have done to the canteen
Harley: we can get to the canteen from here
Iris: ok let’s go then
Harley: I don’t think Eliza and Nathaniel are there though
Iris: what why?
Harley: they’ll be in Nathaniel’s office
Iris: why the hell would they be there
Harley goes silent for a second as she looks over at Gavin
Harley: Gavin take the first lot of bags and head to canteen and see if people are there
Gavin: on it
As Gavin leaves Harley turns back to Iris who is starting her down waiting for a response
Iris: are you gonna answer me, why are they in Nathaniel’s office
Harley continues to look at Iris nervously as she takes a deep breath as she looks like she is about to response to Iris as the camera cuts to black.

The camera cuts to Nathaniel’s office as Nathaniel & Eliza are rushing around the office looking frantically in places
Eliza: Nathaniel you god damn fool where did you hide it
Nathaniel: I can’t remember
Eliza: well you’re going to remember soon, I can’t leave without
Nathaniel: we will keep looking until we do
Suddenly the doors burst open as Iris & Harley enter spooking Nathaniel & Eliza as a look of anger appears on Iris’ face
Iris: so it wasn’t Nathaniel who was in charge of this place
Nathaniel: what are you talking about
Iris: you weren’t the one barking orders all this place, it was her!
Iris points at Eliza
Nathaniel: Iris how dare you try and accuse Eliza of such a..
Eliza: Nathaniel it’s fine
Eliza raises her hand and looks at everyone
Eliza: Nathaniel continue searching, Harley help him, you know what I’m looking for
As the pair start searching the office, Eliza walks over to Iris calmly
Eliza: I’m sorry you had to find out this way
Iris: I don’t care your excuse I just want to know why you weren’t honest about who was running this place
Eliza: because had you known about what we wanted to achieve, you would have caused more trouble than good
Iris: what do you mean what you wanted to achieve
Eliza sighs as she takes a sit
Eliza: I wanted to build this community to build strong people, people who could fight, people who weren’t afraid of anyone. I wanted a community who were the toughest community around, because I needed fighters
Iris: but why
Eliza: there is another group nearby, only myself, Nathaniel, JJ and Harley know about them
Iris: what!
Eliza: they are a group of men who think the way to survive is to steal and cause destruction, I had the unfortunate memory of meeting them on the streets a couple months back, I was travelling with my son and husband, we had heard about this settlement and wanted to come, on our way here we were ambushed by these men, they took our belongings and took me and my family hostage, they asked us where we were going and I refused to talk. I knew had I even mentioned this place, they would come here and destroy another good place, however when I didn’t speak is when they turned violent....they stabbed my husband and left him to bleed out and once I didn’t did not speak, they took my son, I don’t know what they have done but after they took him away into a room, they put me in a car and drove out into the highway, threw me into the road still tied up, basically left me to die
The camera pans over to Harley & Nathaniel who are continuing to search for Eliza’s item clearly bothered by the conversation
Eliza: I thought I was going to die but luckily a couple hours later, hands still tied, Nathaniel and Harley came across me, they saw what had happened and I told them everything, I told them that one day I will go back to those monsters and kill every last one of them. Make them pay for what they did to my family and god knows how many more people, so we all made an agreement, this community we would work on discipline, combat and other tactics to train people up so when the time came, we would go back to their base and fight them.
Iris: Eliza....
Eliza: however it seems they have found us and struck first which puts us in a vulnerable position so all I ask is this Iris....are you with us or against us
Iris looks stunned as Nathaniel comes over to Eliza
Nathaniel: here is the map and antidote
Eliza: thank you
Iris: what does that antidote do
Eliza: you will know soon enough
Nathaniel: we have to get moving and fast
Harley: this place will be overrun soon
Eliza: then let’s go quickly
Iris: ok then
Eliza & Iris nod as the four of them head out of Nathaniel’s office. The camera cuts to them walking down the hallway as the camera pans on Eliza’s face, a sense of anger and determination is written across it.
-End Of Episode-
The camera cuts to outside the town hall. The jeep carrying JJ, Chris, Monica, Holdyn, Tabatha & Big Dom slowly pulls up near the town hall as they survey the area
Tabatha: oh my god
JJ: Holdyn hows it looking
Holdyn: it appears the walkers have gotten through the walks and are slowly entering the buildings
JJ: crap
Monica: oh my god
Chris: don’t worry Monica, iris will be ok
Monica: and how do you know
Chris: because we both know your sister and this won’t kill her
Holdyn: it seems that it is only the east and north sides that have been branched
Monica: so what’s the plan then JJ
JJ: if they have to exit via the west or south, I know of a safe house that myself and Harley set up about a month back in the woods on the south side about 2 miles in
Chris: you think that’s where they are going
JJ: Nathaniel & Eliza agreed if we had to evacuate we would all meet her and then go from there
Holdyn: then let’s get moving
JJ: it will take a while though, we can’t get here by car, we have to go to the other side of the woods and then go by foot
Chris: then let’s get to where we can go by car and make a plan from there
Monica: let’s just pray everyone gets there in time
The group look on in disbelief as they start the jeep up and starting heading out of town towards the south highway heading towards the woods.
-End Of Scene-
Back inside the town hall, the camera cuts into the canteen. People are scattered in groups as Henry & Tony are guarding the barricaded door as Gavin hands people bags and weapons. Channie & Max are sitting at a table near Tony who gives them reassuring looks. The camera cuts to Sierra who is by herself trying to keep herself composed as Mayson walks up to her
Mayson: hey
Sierra: hi Mayson
Mayson: I’m sorry about back there
Sierra: why you sorry we all managed to get here
Mayson: yeah but I saw Sonia
Sierra takes a deep breath, trying to control her emotions
Mayson: I didn’t realise we was that unhappy, to just do something like that
Sierra: it was my fault so I’m the one to blame
Mayson: no it’s not, you couldn’t have stopped her from running into walkers
Sierra: I could have been a better friend
Mayson: what are you talking about
Suddenly the kitchen doors swing open as Eliza, Nathaniel, Iris & Harley enter looking around at everyone left.
Eliza: right people we need to evacuate
Nathaniel: we have a safe house in the woods, if we all make it there we can access everything quickly and if we need too, move on quickly
Eliza: we need everyone to be prepared and head towards the southern exit doors, once we exit this room we need to head straight for south gates. Henry & Sierra will ensure they are opened so everyone can get out, then you head straight towards the woods, make sure you stay near myself, Nathaniel or Harley.
Suddenly the barricaded doors start to slowly open as walkers start to break through the doors
Nathaniel: we have to move now!
Suddenly: the doors burst open as the walkers enter, one of the tables being used as a barricade fly over towards Max & Channie as it slams into them. Tony rushes over to them as Iris goes to them as well. Everyone runs together the south doors as Sierra, Henry, Nathaniel & Harley get to the front.
Nathaniel: right everyone stay together and protect one another
Nathaniel then opens the doors as they all start to make their way outside, the camera cuts to Iris who is running towards Tony, once she gets there, she sees that Tony is trying to help Channie who is stuck underneath a table screaming in pain, as she over at Max who is laying on the ground unconscious. She kneels next to Channie and looks at her. Iris notices that one of the table legs has gone through Channie’s leg causing her to remain stuck, Channie slowly stops screaming and her screams turn to cries as she looks over at Iris.
Channie: please save Max
Iris: where gonna save you too
Channie: the table is too heavy, if you try we all die
Iris: were not leaving you
Channie: please just save my brother and go, they are coming
Iris looks up at the walkers who are slowly approaching
Tony: Channie we can’t leave you
Channie: I’m telling you to go, get my brother out of here and help him, he can survive please!
Iris: no we’re not leaving you, Tony help me
Tony & Iris grab the table and try lifting it, Channie screams as the table legs moves between her skin and bones, Iris & Tony strain her they lift the table up more, removing the table leg from Channie, as Channie moves out of the way they quickly drop the table, Iris picks up Channie and Tony grabs Max
Iris: LETS MOVE
they all start to run as walkers are about to grab them, they quickly turn and run out on the doors. The camera cuts to outside as the other group is running towards the south gate. Nathaniel is seen stabbing walkers who get to close, the camera then cuts to a women running who gets grabbed by a walkers, she starts to scream as the walker goes to bite her, suddenly Eliza rushes over stabbing the walker in the head as she and the women continue running.
Henry, Sierra & Harley are the first to make it to gate as the trio start pulling the gate up.
Henry: we need to get this gate up
Harley: once the gate is up, we make sure everyone is out
Henry: what then
Harley: we can close this door to ensure the walkers don’t....
Suddenly a gun shot is heard and a bullet spares Harley’s neck, Harley collapses to the ground as Sierra & Henry look on in shock, Nathaniel quickly runs to them
Nathaniel: HARLEY!
Harley struggles to speak as blood gushes out of her neck, she holds onto her neck looking at Nathaniel
Harley: get everyone out
Nathaniel: Of course
Harley grabs onto Nathaniel’s arm
Harley: tell Tony I’m sorry
Nathaniel nods as he watches Harley stop struggling then go lifeless
Nathaniel: quickly open the gates
Sierra: sorry
Henry & Sierra regain their focus and get the gates open
Nathaniel: quickly everyone follow on
As the group filter out of the gate and follow Nathaniel & Eliza towards the forest. Sierra looks back noticing Iris, Tony, Channie & Max
Sierra: GUYS HURRY!
Henry: Sierra we have to go
Sierra: I’m not leaving them
Henry: we have to close this gate
Sierra: then go, I’ll close it
Henry: are you crazy
Sierra: HENRY JUST GO!
Henry looks shocked as he looks at Sierra who glares at him, Henry then looks at Sierra and nods as he runs towards the others heading to to the forest, Sierra takes a deep breath as Iris & the other approach
Sierra: come go!
Iris: what about you
Sierra: I’m closing the gate
Iris: are you insane
Sierra: someone needs to it
Iris: but Sierra
Sierra: no Iris!
Iris stands there shocked as Sierra starts to tear up
Sierra: I’m sorry, I’m just done
Iris: please Sierra
Sierra: I’m sorry Iris, I can’t keep going, get the others to safety, I’ll make sure the walkers don’t follow
Iris: Sierra....
Sierra: thank you for everything
Iris walks through the gate as Sierra works to ensure the gate is shut, as the gate shuts, Iris turns back to look at Sierra who is smiling at her, then a reanimated Harley starts to wake up slowly moving towards Sierra
Iris: Sierra......
Iris watches as Sierra notices Harley and stabs her in the head. Sierra takes a deep breath before running stabbing walkers in her path. Iris continues to rest scared for Sierra, as Sierra tries to circle back to the south gate trying to find an exit. Sierra starts to panic, then takes a deep breath as she circles around the other side of the town hall, disappearing in the darkness, Iris looks on in shock as a voice calls out of her.
Eliza: IRIS COME ON
Eliza comes running up to Iris and starts dragging her along with an unconscious Channie away into the woods. The camera then slowly pans on the town hall, as walkers start to exit the canteen, the camera goes around the courtyard seeing walkers around, as it starts to inside the town hall with walkers down every corridor. Then it cuts to the edge of the woods as the camera closes in on Eliza, Iris & Channie as they head into the woods and into the darkness.

the camera pans on the highway as the camera travels down a herd, walkers being seen heading in the same direction until they start to bunch together against a set of cars set up as a barricade, suddenly the camera cuts back to the herd as a silhouette stands up from the herd. The figure turns revealing himself to be Spencer, guts hanging out as he has re-animated as he starts banging against the cars trying to get to Harley, Iris & Tony who are still in shock about what has happened
Tony: I swear someone pulled him under
Harley: how is that even possible, no human can be around walkers without getting attacked
Tony: I don’t know
Iris: they could have covered themselves in guts to disguise their smell
Harley: but still, it doesn’t add up Iris
Tony: and a walker having that much strength to drag a person doesn’t add up either
Harley: yeah but this situation adds up when your involved Tony
Iris: hold up, why’s that Harley, you don’t even know him
Harley: that’s what you think
Tony: Harley dont
Harley: no I will, you see Iris, me and Tony know each other
Iris: what?
Harley: yeah we knew of each other before this whole thing started, because I watched him get sent to prison......for assisting the murder of my brother
Iris: Tony is that true
Tony tries to speak but his emotions cut him off as he starts to breakdown, Harley gives him an icy glare as she starts to walk back towards Sommerton, Iris slowly walks over and kneels next to Tony as he looks up at Iris trying to speak but still can’t. Iris helps Tony to his feet walking with him back to Sommerton trying to calm him down.
The camera cuts back to the walkers by the barricade as the blacked out figure who is seen covered in guts starts to push the cars apart, creating a breach for the walkers to get through. Walkers starts to enter through the breach and walks off towards where Iris, Tony & Harley walked too. The camera cuts back to the blacked out figure who is standing by the cars as a zombified Spencer follows the herd as the blacked out figure walks in the other direction out of shot.
-End Of Scene-
Back at All Goods, Holdyn & Tabatha are still outside surveying the area. Holdyn continues walking his set path as Tabatha is chilling in the back of the jeep drinking up water as she sits up to look over at Holdyn.
Tabatha: still doing your cardio huh
Holdyn: yep
Tabatha: you know you can survey the area by standing still and looking around
Holdyn: well you could start actually looking around
Tabatha: touché
Holdyn: why are you even out here right now Tabatha
Tabatha: care to elaborate on that statement Harry
Holdyn: firstly it’s Holdyn and you know that, secondly why did you want to go out of the safe area, you’re not even helping this mission right now
Tabatha: you wanna know why
Holdyn: yes
Tabatha: well then take a sit and I’ll explain
Tabatha pats the seat next to her as Holdyn reluctantly sits next to her
Tabatha: I’m out for because number one, I needed a change of scenery instead of that desk looking at Nathaniel’s ugly old office doors and number two because I need to be out here to learn
Holdyn: learn what?
Tabatha: the thing you and your group have been great at doing, surviving.
Holdyn: but you’re still alive just like
Tabatha: because I knew where to go at the start and I’ve managed to flirt my way into a good position in that community, but I don’t know how to fight, I’ve never had to survive and fight yet, and I’m not stupid, I know I will need to at some point so I’m willing to step outside and learn
Holdyn: well I’ll respect you for that I guess
Tabatha: thanks....LOOK OUT
Holdyn looks confused as suddenly he feels something grab his arm, he quickly turns to see a walker has snuck up on them and if about to bite his arm when he starts to struggle. Panicked, Tabatha starts to look for something to use as Holdyn continues struggling with the walkers, the walkers starts to get closer to biting Holdyn’s neck when Tabatha suddenly climbs over Holdyn stabbing the walker in the head with a knife and pushes the walker off Holdyn. The pair regain their composure as they look at each other and sigh.
Holdyn: guess I knew you one
Tabatha: don’t say I don’t try
Holdyn: let’s get back to being on look out
Tabatha: ill go this way and double check no walkers are about to ambush us
Holdyn: and I’ll do the same
The pair jump out of the jeep and start to walk
Tabatha: oh and Holdyn
Holdyn: yeah
Tabatha: you should know I will always make sure I can favours returned
Tabatha smiles as her and Holdyn looks away and continue their look out ensuring no other walkers are nearby.
-End Of Scene-
Back inside All Goods, the other four are going around the centre filling up their carts. JJ goes out the canned good aisle, getting all of the canned food in this cart. the camera cuts to Big Dom, 5 big jugs of water are in his cart along with some kitchen utensils and gas canisters and portable gas stoves. The camera cuts to Chris who is slowly making his way down an aisle as Monica approaches from behind with her cart.
Monica: so found anything good
Chris: some canned meats, water the necessities
Monica looks into Chris’ cart to see about 10 big boxes of sour patch kids and bacon jerky and points to it
Monica: so all of that is necessary
Chris: it’s all packaged so it’s still good, plus you are allowed to indulge, even in the apocalypse
The pair giggle
Chris: so what have you heard
Monica: raided all the seeds, got watermelon, carrots, sweet corn the all lot
Chris: smart
Monica: as well as knives from the kitchen section for weapons, plus I grabbed some old magazines so people would have something to read so they don’t get bored
Chris: thinking of the others, I like it
Monica: thanks
The pair turn a corner and head into another aisle
Monica: so I’ve been meaning to thank you
Chris: for what?
Monica: looking after my sister since this shit started, I know my sister is a hand full but I appreciate it
Chris: you don’t need to thank me, if anything I should thank your sister for helping us out and your partners for raising a strong willed, badass person
Monica: well I’m sure my partners would blush at the compliments
Chris: I mean it though
Monica: what?
Chris: without Iris I don’t think I would have survived, she has helped me and the rest of our group so much in getting this far
Monica: well that’s good to hear
Chris: I mean we’ve all that stuff we’ve had to deal with and Iris has had her share of conflicts
Monica: yeah she told me about Henry and now he tries to turn everyone against her once he learnt she used to be an assassin.
Chris: yeah but none of us were about to let that happen, she had been with us for too long for our opinions to just suddenly change. She’s a good person and a loyal friend, me and Holdyn certainly weren’t going to let her go and if it came down to it we would have gone with her
Monica: is that so
Chris: Of course, I’d rather have an assassin on our side then some middle age man who can’t get his head out his arse
The pair chuckle at Chris’ shade
Monica: yeah she told me that you and Holdyn have been there for her the most, which is why I wanted to thank you.....having people you can trust in this world now is golden, it helps you survive knowing you don’t have to survive on your own
Chris: well don’t worry with you here now, all of our bonds can only get stronger
As they continue walking down to the end of the aisle, JJ appears as the three of them stop looking at each other’s carts.
JJ: looks like we’ve done good
Monica: yeah I think we’ve got enough supplies to last a good half a year, could always grab another cart to add a couple more months
Big Dom: way ahead of ya Monica
They all turn to see Big Dom walking towards them with two carts in front of him, both full of food, water, clothes and bedding
Monica: nice Big Dom
JJ: all of this will really help back at town hall
Chris: will make our lives a lot more comfier that’s for us
JJ: well why don’t me and Monica bring these carts back to the jeep to get it all loaded up whilst you and Big Dom quickly do around run around to see if we can’t hide anything more
Chris: on it
Big Dom: sweet, I saw hiking boots I could use and hiking bags we could all have
Monica and JJ smile as Chris & Big Dom head back down the aisles one last time to scavenger anything useful as JJ rushes over to window to get Holdyn & Tabatha over to start loading their new supplies into the jeep.

Back in Sommerton the camera cuts into a library as the doors real open as Sonia & Sierra make their way inside the library looking at all the books on the shelves.
Sierra: wow I still can’t believe this place exists in here
Sonia: just another hidden gem on this place
Sierra: how did you even know this was here
Sonia: before this whole end of the world thing, I came here on a school trip and they showed us this, it was rarely used by using of the mayors so it was forgotten about but I’ve always used it as my secret place to calm down and find peace
Sierra: well sure is peaceful
The two of them start to go down separate aisles in the library looking at all of the books displayed. Sierra looks through the books, seeing all the titles and authors as she gets to the end of the aisle, Sonia is waiting there to spook her, Sierra jumps ready to defend herself but once she realises it is Sonia who is already laughing, she can’t help but laugh
Sonia: sorry I couldn’t resist
Sierra: my god you scared me half to death, thought that was the end
Sonia: well don’t worry I won’t let anything or anyone hurt you
Sierra: same here
Sonia smiles as she takes a step closer to Sierra as Sierra looks on and smiles, Sonia slowly closes the gap between them both as she puts her arms round Sierra’s neck, Sierra still smiling does not seem to acknowledge what Sonia is doing as they stare at each other for a brief moment, then suddenly Sonia leans in closer, kissing Sierra on the lips, Sierra freezes for a second not processing what has happened until she jolts back away from Sonia in disbelief. Sonia starts to panic
Sonia: oh I’m sorry was that too forward
Sierra: yeah just a little bit
Sonia: I’m sorry I didn’t mean too
Sierra: well clearly you did mean to kiss me or else you wouldn’t have
Sonia: because I thought you wanted too
Sierra: why did you think that, I’m not gay
Sonia starts to well up as she realises her mistake
Sonia: I’m sorry I just...
Sierra: it’s fine just give a moment to process this
Sonia: I’m sorry, please don’t tell anyone
Sierra: and whys that
Sonia: because.....because.....
Sonia starts to get emotional as she runs off towards the doors
Sierra: Sonia wait,
Sonia: no!
As she goes to walk out the door, Sonia turns back to Sierra
Sonia: you’ve made your feelings very clear, I’ll stay out of your way
Sierra: Sonia please
As Sierra tries to plead, Sonia is already exiting the library as Sierra stands there for a moment still trying to process what just happened as emotions of guilt trace her face.

Back at All Goods, the group are putting the last of the items Chris & Big Dom managed to scavenger as JJ walks over to Holdyn who is at the back of the jeep.
Holdyn: I still can’t believe we managed to find all of this
JJ: I say we just be thankful
Holdyn: why’s that?
JJ: well considering how deep into the apocalypse we are, places like this will be hard to find, still intact I mean and not picked to its core
Holdyn: very true, we will have to start venturing outside of Sommerton soon if we wanna gather more supplies
JJ: well we still have a couple places we could search, by we can start figuring out places to go and...
Monica: GUYS! We got trouble
JJ & Holdyn hear Monica and rush over to her direction as the group look over the car park to see a big group of walkers heading in their direction.
Chris: of course we couldn’t have a quiet, peaceful day
JJ: alright Tabatha you drive the jeep to the other side of the complex, Big Dom go with her, the rest of us kill the walkers, if it starts getting too much we head to the jeep and retreat, no need to get ourselves killed
Big Dom: got it
As Big Dom & Tabatha get in the jeep and drive off screen, the other four start walking towards the walkers, getting out their weapons. JJ pulls out his large knife as he kicks a walkers to the ground and stab its in the head. The others start killing the walkers. Suddenly two walkers go for Holdyn as he struggles to fend them off, Chris quickly comes to his side killing one walker as Holdyn takes care of the other. They look at each other Chris quickly kisses Holdyn on the cheeks as they both smile and continue killing the walkers.
At the jeep, Big Dom is in the back watching the others are Tabatha is in the front seat with the car ready
Tabatha: now is it looking
Big Dom: they’re coping for now
Tabatha: just give me the signal if we need to move
Big Dom: don’t worry I’m sure they’ll be here in no......WOAH!
Suddenly Big Dom is pulled out the back of the jeep as a metal chain is hold across his arm
Big Dom: TABATHA!
Tabatha looks, seeing that Dom is being grabbed towards figure in blacked out clothing we’re a couple walkers are nearby ready to attack
Tabatha: IM COMING!
Tabatha rushes out the car and charges past Big Dom, killing one of the walkers, as she goes to kill the second, the figure goes to stab her but Tabatha dodges, missing the knife by centimetres. Big Dom is still being pulled closer to the walker as Tabatha regains her composure, instead of doing for the walker she charges at the hooded figure, swinging a baseball bat at his side, winding him. As the man drops to the ground, Tabatha seizes her chance and goes for the walkers who Big Dom is currently fighting off, as the walkers goes to bite Big Dom, Tabatha swings her baseball bar, knocking the walkers head clean off
Tabatha: are you ok
Big Dom: I’m fine
Tabatha: good, now let’s deal with this son of a bitch who....
They both turn around to notice the figure running off into town, disappearing into the alleyways, as Tabatha helps Big Dom up, the others come running over
Chris: are you guys ok
Big Dom: were good
JJ: what the hell happened
Tabatha: some guy tried killing Big Dom and surprising us
JJ: well we’ve managed to clear out the walkers
Chris: what do you think this was
JJ: what do you mean
Holdyn: I don’t think this was coincidence
Monica: what do you mean
Holdyn: I think this was an ambush
JJ: no it couldn’t be
Holdyn: really so it was just coincidence that those walkers attacked us as someone random person ambushed Big Dom and Tabatha whilst we were distracted
JJ: I mean it’s possible
Holdyn: Chris, didn’t you say when travelling to Monica’s base, walkers attacked you and the attacked seemed rather odd
Chris: yeah it seemed very organised
JJ: so what are saying Holdyn
Holdyn: I don’t think we’re alone in Sommerton and I think people are coming after us
Monica: which could mean
Holdyn: since a lot of us are out right now
Chris: they could be going for the town hall
JJ: right we need to move out, everyone in the jeep
The group look nervous as they rush to the jeep, JJ rushes to the drivers seat as Tabatha, Monica & Big Dom get in the front as Chris & Holdyn hop in the back with the supplies with guns loaded. They seem alert as the jeep pulls off and starts heading back to Sommerton.
-End Of Scene-
The camera cuts to a birds eye view of townhall, suddenly it cuts to Henry and Nathaniel on the watch tower looking over the town.
Henry: so how do you think everyone is getting on
Nathaniel: I think plans are coming together, do you have faith in them
Henry: depends on who you are referring too but I have faith in some
Nathaniel: I can already tell who you are referring too with regards to who you don’t have faith in
Henry: and those people you believe are
Nathaniel: Christopher, Holdyn, Iris, Harley & possibly Monica due to her blood connection with Iris
Henry looks at Nathaniel shocked
Nathaniel: don’t look shocked, you asked the question and I answered honestly
Henry: I just didn’t think you were going to open that can of worms
Nathaniel: the reason I did is because I am aware of your weakness so since you gave the option to address it, I might as well
Henry: I haven’t got any weaknesses
Nathaniel: you don’t enjoy it when people challenge your way of thinking and if people stand up for you, you are hostile towards them and try to undermine them in order to appear as those you are right, you also have a slight hint of sexist tendencies.
Henry: excuse me
Nathaniel: oh Henry please don’t act shock, I’m aware of you because we are exactly the same, because all of those things I mentioned, I share those same insecurities

Nathaniel: because you need to learn how play to people’s feeling and emotions whilst still getting your agenda through

Nathaniel: you have to make them believe that you are listening to them whilst convincing through confidence and a direct way of speaking that your way is the best way
Henry: and I’m guessing that’s why politicians get their way
Nathaniel: it’s how many successful people used to get there way and even in the apocalypse is still works because that element of fear people hold make it easier for people like us to tell on their emotions

Nathaniel smiles as he walks at Henry before heading to the gate
Nathaniel: don’t worry, I see how you work and it’s right
Nathaniel walks away from Henry as Henry stands there for a second, taking a moment to let Nathaniel’s words sink in. The camera cuts to Nathaniel who is with Eliza and Mayson as Iris, Harley & Tony walk back into the safe zone
Eliza: where is Spencer?
Iris: he didn’t make it
Harley: because Tony killed him
Nathaniel: what!
Iris: Harley, that’s not true
Harley: oh is it not
Tony: no it’s not true Harley!
Tony and Harley stare down each other as Iris & Nathaniel step in between them creating a block
Harley: oh give it up Tony, stop this act, Iris knows who you really are and soon everyone else will
Iris: Harley enough!
Eliza: right Harley follow me
Nathaniel: I will go with Harley and Eliza, the rest of you stay here and....
Henry: NATHANIEL! WALKERS AT THE GATE

Nathaniel, Eliza, Iris & Harley make their way up to the watch tower to meet Henry as they look over the town, they are shocked to see walkers surrounding the gate, hundreds of them banging against the walls, trying to get in, the camera cuts to the walls that are slowly starting to give way as the camera cuts to a close up of Nathaniel.

The camera pans over the townhall, you see survivors working hard at their jobs as Henry, Harley, Monica and other guards are watching the perimeter. The camera cuts to Spencer, Sonia, Holdyn, Sierra & Mayson who are all busy doing their jobs and smiling. Sonia and Sierra are seen smiling at one another. The camera cuts to Nathaniels office where Nathaniel along with Eliza, Chris, Iris & JJ are all looking over a map of Sommerton.
Nathaniel: ok so food rations are starting to run low so we need to start searching a new area
Chris: well where haven’t you tried JJ
JJ: myself, Harley & Nicholas managed to search all of the western side of town, after you guys came we started doing the east towards the highway but it seems that the amount of walkers appearing is starting to increase
Nathaniel: so what your saying is that the east side is starting to become a problem
JJ: yes and if we don’t control it soon it could cause some major problems
Iris: ok well what about the north, specifically this building called All Goods
Nathaniel: that was the a chain of different supermarkets
JJ: I went there once this whole thing went down, they had the place on lockdown so no one could get in, steel shutters on the windows
Chris: so it meant if people wanted to get in
JJ: they’d have to make a lot of fuss about it
Nathaniel: have you checked it out since JJ
JJ: I had a look around it a week ago with Harley, seemed to be in tact
Chris: which means it could a gold mine for us if we can get inside
Eliza: but you said the steel shutters, you’d need people to drill the shutters open
Iris: not to mention the alarms that could be triggered
JJ: it’s a risk
Nathaniel: but a risk we need to take. Ok so I say the plan is two send two group, one group heads to All Goods, the other towards the east near the highway.
Iris: how come
Nathaniel: like JJ said we need to control this walker trouble so we need to block off or at least reduce the access to stop walkers from entering the town.
JJ: we could move cars onto one side which reduces the access
Iris: or block of the main highway and use the little roads as her entrance and exits
Nathaniel: smart idea. Ok then Iris you grab a team and head to the highway.
Iris: how many
Nathaniel: 3 or 4, you won’t need that many, JJ I want you Chris, Monica, Big Dom, Holdyn & Tabatha with you two All Goods.
JJ: why Tabatha?
Nathaniel: she’s been moaning about being stuck in the town hall all the time so this gives her something more to do
Iris: ok I’ll take Harley, Spencer & Tony with me
Eliza: with leaves Henry in charge?
Nathaniel: myself and Eliza will watch over Henry and his commands
Eliza: I’ll make sure everyone is ready
Nathaniel: well team, let’s get this plan into action
-End Of Scene-
The camera pans to the courtyard where Iris, Harley, Spencer & Tony are all setting up to go, Henry opens the gates to let them out
Iris: thanks
Henry: don’t get bite out there
Iris: I know you hope I do
Henry: true
Henry shuts the gates as the group of 4 starts walking towards the highway. Harley goes to Iris’ side
Harley: so what’s the plan once we get to the highway
Iris: survey the area, see where most of the walkers are entering and figure out the best way to block the path
Harley: how you feeling about the team
Iris: good, Tony and Spencer seem strong so they will be fine
As Iris walks ahead, Harley slows her pace to meet up with Tony
Harley: let’s hope you don’t screw anyone over with this mission
Tony: for the last time Harley, I’ve changed, I’m here to help you and everyone else
Harley: let’s hope that is the case.
The group continue on down the road as the camera pans backwards towards a figure lurking in the shadows of an alley
-End Of Scene-
Back at Sommerton, The other group are getting ready to head out. JJ, Monica & Tabatha are in the front of a Jeep with Big Dom sitting in the back with Eliza inspecting the equipment as Chris & Holdyn approach the Jeep. Mayson walks towards them all.
Mayson: really, your both leaving me with Horrid Henry
Chris: just stay out of his way and you’ll be fine
Mayson: why can’t I come out on these missions with you
Eliza: because your far too young Mayson
Mayson: seriously I’m only 3 years younger than Chris and he’s going
Eliza: that’s because he’s proven that he can work with the group and not run off randomly
Holdyn: she’s got you there Mayson
Mayson: whatever...
Holdyn: look just do your job, if Henry tries to intimidate you walk away and if he follows go straight to Eliza or Nathaniel
Eliza: don’t worry Mayson, I’ll be keeping a close eye on Henry
Mayson: you better or else he’s toast
Tabatha: can you guys finish your talk, it’s time for me to get to see the around town!
Mayson: don’t die guys
Holdyn: we won’t
Holdyn & Chris get in the back of the Jeep as Tabatha rolls down the window so Eliza can speak to her and JJ
Eliza: you guys remember the plan
Tabatha: go to the store, raid the place, let Tabatha enjoy her time out of the town hall and come back in one piece
JJ: yeah we know what do too
JJ rolls the window back up as Nathaniel & Henry open the gates up so the jeep can exit the town hall as it starts to drive towards All Goods
-End Of Scene-
Back on the road, Iris, Harley, Spencer & Tony make their way to the highway, looking over at it surveying the area. They notice the main highway is filled with walkers as the smaller roads seem to have fewer walkers
Iris: so looks like the highway is a no go
Spencer: yeah if we tries to escape there we’d be stuck and surrounded
Iris: so that’s where we need to somehow barricade
Harley: what’s your plan
Iris: we reach grab a car and move it creating a primary barrier, then two of us start to move more cars either on point or around whilst the others make sure no walkers get past the primary car wall
Tony: I can defend
Spencer: I’ll help Tony
Iris: awesome, once we’ve done that, the walkers will be too distracted on the wall that we could move some car to one side of the smaller road just o secure the barricade in case we need to make a quick getaway
Harley: well then let’s find som cars with fuel and get moving.
As the group head back, Tony stops and looks around feeling nervous, he starts to look closely at an alleyway thinking he sees something but hesitates and rushes to catch up with the others.
-End Of Scene-
Back at the town hall. Sonia, Sierra, Max & Channie are all sitting on a grass patch relaxing
Channie: it’s nice to finally sit on grass again and chill
Sierra: especially when it’s a chance to relax from jobs
Channie: yeah I don’t get the whole jobs thing
Sonia: most of us don’t but if we don’t follow them we could get kicked out
Max: i mean it would mean we get away from dictator and his little minions
Sierra: but it also means you have no protection out there
Sonia: Nathaniel isn’t bad, he’s not the problem
As Sonia says that Henry approaches the group looking down on them
Henry: who said you could rest
Sonia: we’ve finished our jobs for the day
Henry: still didn’t answer my question, you could easily help others instead of being selfish
Sierra: oh Henry give it a rest
Henry: excuse me
Sierra: stop being such an arse, Sonia answered your question, stop trying to dictate what we do
Henry: oh just wait Eliza hears this
Eliza: oh don’t worry I heard everything
Eliza walks up behind Henry smirking
Henry: so you know they’ve been slacking
Eliza: actually, I heard they had finished their jobs so they are having a well earned rest
Henry: seriously
Eliza: yes Henry, now can you please come help up top watching the perimeter
Henry: if it gets me away from these delinquents then yes
As Henry & Eliza walks away, Sierra breaths a sigh of relief as Max sits up right
Max: why is he such an arse
Sierra: he’s always been like that since the start
Sonia: why though
Sierra: it’s his personality, he always thought himself as a leader
Max: I don’t know why
Sierra: it’s because he’s head strong, he’s not afraid to take charge and lead, however it seems whenever someone challenges that he gets annoyed
Sonia: well thanks for standing up for us Sierra
Sierra: it’s fine, you know I got your back, especially when it comes to Henry
Sonia: well I need to make it up to you, let’s do something fun tonight
Sierra: Sonia our version of fun nowadays is sitting in our room braiding our hair and playing card games
Sonia: we could always visit the library in here
Sierra: wait his place has a library, since when
Sonia: it’s at the back, next to where all the supplies are kept so no one ever goes there
Sierra: well I’m definitely up for a change of scenery
Sonia: well once we’ve had lunch, we can go
Sierra: awesome it’s a date
As Sierra smiles and laughs and lays back down, the camera pans to Sonia who is noticeably smiling and really happy about what is going to happen later on.
-End Of Scene-
The camera cuts to All Goods a the jeep pulls up, several walkers are around the car park as Chris, Big Dom, Holdyn, Monica & JJ get out the car and start to kill the walkers, once they have finished all the walkers, Tabatha gets out the jeep and heads towards the rest of the group as they walk towards one of the steel shutters
Holdyn: thanks for help Tabatha
Tabatha: no problem
Holdyn: you know that was sar...
Chris: yeah she knows
Tabatha: so how we gonna open this bad boy up then
JJ: we spoke this steel cutter that should easily cut through the steel
Monica: the only question is are their walkers inside
Chris: and will any alarms be set off once were in
Big Dom bangs on the steel shutters and listens quickly to inside
Big Dom: can’t hear any growls
JJ: well let’s just do this quick, Chris, Holdyn, Monica take watch and be on the look out for herds or people
Tabatha: what about me?
JJ: grab the Jeep and bring it to this window, no point in walking to the Jeep then it’s parked right outside
Tabatha: great so I get the boring job
Holdyn: you said yourself you wanted to spend some time out of the safe zone, you didn’t wanna do any hard jobs so we’re treating you well princess
Chris chuckles at Holdyn’s response as Tabatha glares at Chris you quickly stops chuckling as she turns back to Holdyn before walking towards the Jeep and bringing it towards the window as JJ & Big Dom work on getting through the steel shutter
JJ: almost there
Finally the a section of the steel shutter falls into the store as an opening is made, JJ & Big Dom look inside as they start to smile
Big Dom: jackpot baby
The rest of the survivors all inside to find a store that has not been touched, cans and water still on the shelves and what seems to be no walkers or humans in sight
Monica: must be our lucky day
JJ: alright, Big Dom, Monica, Chris come with me inside, each grab a shopping cart and let’s get what we can
Holdyn: what about me?
JJ: you stay are with Tabatha on lookout and give us a shout if you see anything coming
Tabatha: aww would you look at that, looks like you get to time spend with the princess, feel honoured
Holdyn: don’t think honoured is the right word
Holdyn starts to walk away from the Jeep, looking out for anything in the distance as the camera cuts to JJ, Big Dom, Monica & Chris as they puts to explore the store, grabbing all the canned goods and water they can.
-End Of Scene-
The camera cuts back to the highway where Iris, Spencer, Tony & Harley are all driving towards a cut off point on the highway entrance, all in separate cars. As they drive towards the entrance, the walkers nearby hear them and start to make their way over as the four of them all park there cars in a defensive line cutting of the route for the walkers who start to bash on the cars, as they all get out the other side Iris looks to the others.
Iris: right Tony, Spencer you guys keep an eye on these walkers and kill any that go under or over the cars, me and Harley will work on putting more cars across to make it a more secure barricade
Spencer: got it!
As Harley and Iris run off to get into the next two cars, Spencer and Tony watch the walkers closely, killing any that start to go under the cars as the girls drive a couple of the cars on top of the other cars.
Spencer: how do you think this will hold
Tony: it will be good, just need to secure the underneath
Spencer: yeah the walkers will start to filter in if we don’t secure that now
As Tony goes to speak he pauses, feeling a strange presence, he looks around trying to figure out what it is he’s feeling as Spencer looks on perplexed
Spencer: You alright Tony?
Tony: yeah I just feel a strange presence is all
Spencer: what do you mean a- WOAH!
Suddenly Spencer is dragged to the ground as a hand pulls him under the car, Tony turns to see and rushes to him as Spencer is screaming, he kicks his leg free but it is grabbed again as the sounds of growls can be heard. Tony looks under the car to notice a couple walkers have grabbed onto Spencer, Tony tries to pull Spencer back but Spencer let’s out a blood curdling scream as walkers bite into his legs, Tony looks in horror then notices a blacked out figure among the walkers, grab both of Spencer’s legs and grab him further into the walkers to be eaten alive. Tony puts back in shock and crawls away from the cars as Iris and Harley comes running over to him.
Iris: TONY WHATS GOING ON
Harley: what the hell happened to Spencer
Tony: he...he....um....someone
Iris: Tony what happened to Spencer
Tony: a walker grabbed him.....but I don’t think it was a walker
The three of them look on as they can see through the car windows walkers surrounding Spencer’s body, a black hooded figure can be seen slowly ambling away from the scene as Iris, Harley & Tony watch in shock as Spencer is devoured.

The camera pans over a quiet abandoned Sommerton, next panning over the apartment that is how abandoned, slowly panning towards the town hall, the camera cuts into the outside where people are working away, next in the canteen where people are eating and enjoying themselves, finally the camera cuts to the male shift hospital where Eliza and Chris can be seen with the newcomers alongside Iris and JJ who are watching them finish up examining the patiences.
Eliza: well you all mean fit and healthy, no bites or serious injuries
Chris: the only minor injury was Tony’s arm but I can patch that up if you want
Eliza: I would appreciate that greatly Christopher
Tony: yeah thanks for the help
Chris starts to bandage up Tony’s arm as Tony smiles, Eliza approaches Iris, JJ and Monica
Eliza: so Miss Monica, seems all of your people are fit and able
Monica: thank you again for looking over us all and helping us with the fall of our previous settlement
Eliza: not at all, the people of Sommerton need to look out for each other
JJ: had we known you were located there we would have come sooner and spoken with you guys
Monica: well at least one good thing came out of all of this
Eliza: and what might that be?
Monica: I got to reunite with my sister
Iris and Monica exchange a smile as Eliza takes a moment to acknowledge the statement
Eliza: oh so you are sisters
Iris: you bet, have not spoke in years
Monica: but being reunited now, I’m sure we will have plenty of time to catch up
JJ: and I’m sure Nathaniel won’t mind the extra set of hands here either
Chris and Tony join the rest of the group
Chris: right Tony is all patched up, I’m going to go check up in Holdyn
Iris: don’t leave him waiting too long, he might go crazy
JJ: why don’t I come with you, we can check on the others and get all the new residents settled in
Eliza: fabulous idea, I will tidy up everything here, Iris, JJ why don’t you get our newcomers settled into their rooms and I will get Nathaniel to introduce himself as well.
As the rest of the group leaves to settle in, Eliza begins clearing up in the infirmary, a look of frustration and slight panic traces her face as she quickly looks back at the newcomers, concerned.

Outside in the courtyard Henry is watching over as Harley, Holdyn, Mayson & others are doing their jobs as he notices Chris, JJ, Iris, Monica & Tony walk up to them. Holdyn gets up from his chair and hugs Chris, giving him a quick kiss on the cheek
Holdyn: took you long enough to come see me
Chris: sorry was just helping Eliza finishing up with everyone
Holdyn: I can see, hi I’m Holdyn
Monica: I’m Monica and this is Tony
Tony: pleasure is all mi...
Tony stops his sentence when his eyes turn to Harley, fear filling his eyes as Harley gets up and walks over to Tony, extending her hand
Harley: I’m Harley, nice to meet ya, have you guys been shown around yet
Monica: not yet, was just wondering where the rest of my group was
Mayson: last I saw them they were being sent to the canteen by little miss bossy boots
Harley: Mayson!
Holdyn: she’s referring to Tabatha, Nathaniels assistant
Mayson: you all agree with me
Harley: regardless of our opinions, they are with Tabatha being shown around, ill take you there if you want
Monica: oh I’m good thanks, I think I’ll stay with my sister for a while
Harley: alright well I’ll take Tony
Tony: oh! Um if it’s too much hassle I’ll wait with Monica
Harley: nonsense happy to show you around Tony
Tony: oh right ok
As Harley starts to head inside with Tony hesitantly follows her, Henry makes his way to the others still outside
Henry: and why have we stopped doing their jobs
Holdyn: relax Henry, Iris is just introducing us to her sister
Henry: her sister! So we has reinforcements now
Monica: you must be Henry, well I’m Monica it’s a pleasure to meet you
Henry: if you’re anything like your sister, pleasure wouldn’t be the word to describe this first encounter
Monica: well even though I have been informed about you, I will make my own judgements first
Henry: huh pretty and smart, Iris should take some pointers from you
Iris goes to walk towards Henry but Monica stops her
Monica: oh don’t worry Henry, my Iris is smart enough to know when to stand her ground
Monica steps towards Henry
Monica: just like I know that if you think for a second you can weasel your way into my good books after the crap you’ve pulled on my sister, just remember Henry, like you said I could brains so I wouldn’t get me mad
Clearly shaken by Monica, Henry struggles go formulate a response
Chris: ok so since I’m now back and Henry is clearly at a lose for words, why don’t I take over and he can go rest
Mayson: he can go find Tabatha
Holdyn: MAYSON!
Mayson giggles as she watches Henry walks away from the group, clearly not certain on how to take the previous encounter as Iris smiles on watching him leave
Iris: I am so glad you put him in his place
Monica: oh please Iris, you know we’ve deal with bigger arseholes than him, he is all bark and no bite
Iris: very true, well I’m still glad your here, well I guess I should reunite you with your group and finally get you settled in
Monica: great! Well it was nice meeting you guys
Chris: you too
Holdyn: talk soon
Iris and Monica smile and wave at Chris, Holdyn & Mayson as they walk into the town hall as Mayson, Holdyn & Chris all sit back down to continue their jobs

Inside the town hall, Harley is walking fast down a corridor as Tony nervously follows in tow looking anxious.
Harley: I’m not gonna lie, I’m surprised to see you still alive
Tony: were so am I
Harley: you gonna reveal how you managed to get with that group
Tony: what do you mean
Harley stops dead in her tracks and turns to Tony with an icy glare
Harley: how did you manage to escape prison Tony since last I heard, all the guards left you all to rot in jail and turn
Tony: some of us managed to escape through the vents, which was lucky since one whole ward had turned and were starting to overrun the pal d
Harley: if only they had gotten to you before then
Tony: wow really nice of you to say
Harley: what do you expect me to feel Tony, your not exactly the first person I want to see
Tony: well I am and you will have to get use to it, look I’m sorry for what happened before all of tis went down but we’re here now and I’m here to make sure the people who have kept me safe are safe and that me, you, them and everyone survives
Harley: just know I’m watching you, canteen is down this corridor and through the double door
Harley starts to walk back down the corridor as Tony takes a deep calming breath making his way to the mess hall. Harley suddenly turns around
Harley: and before you worry, I won’t say anything about your past unless I need too
Tony: thanks
Tony turns back and enters the canteen as Harley watches him enter, keeping her gaze fixed on him and the door, a worried expression on her face.

In the Canteen, the rest of Monica’s group are sitting around the same table waiting for Monica to appear.
Big Dom: I wonder what is taking Monica so long
Tony: she must still be with Iris
Big Dom: anyone else think that is just crazy
Spencer: what?
Big Dom: were in a world where almost everyone with knew and loved is either died or apart of the dead roaming the earth and Monica reunites with her sister
Spencer: I mean that is crazy, how long has this apocalypse been going on for
Tony: pretty sure it’s only been like 6 months
Big Dom: still that is crazy
Monica and Iris enter the canteen shortly followed by Eliza with Nathaniel in tow. Tony, Big Dom & Spencer quickly hug Monica & Iris as Channie & Max stay back and smile at them both. Nathaniel warmly smiles at everyone
Nathaniel: well, finally we get to meet, welcome to our little safe zone, my name is Nathaniel
Monica: Monica, nice to meet you
Nathaniel: pleasure is all mean, now I know you’ve met Eliza here who looked over you and Tabatha my personal assistant
Max: sure seems like she’s personal to you
Monica: MAX!
Nathaniel: oh no need Monica, I see this young lads got a good eye, sharp, good traits
Monica glares at Max who shrugs his shoulders as Nathaniel continues talking
Nathaniel: now you are more than welcome to stay here, I mean considering you are family of Iris, how can I say no
Iris: I mean it would have caused a riot
Nathaniel: indeed, but we have beds and supplies to cover you all, we just ask you do your part and help out so everyone can thrive
Monica: we will be more than happy too
Big Dom: I use to be a chef so if you ever need help in the kitchen, I’m your guy
Nathaniel: well thank you that would be much appreciated, if anyone has any useful skills please inform us and we will put you to good use
Monica: certainly Nathaniel, we appreciate you letting us join your community
Nathaniel: it is nothing really, we help you so you can help us, it’s how we live nowadays, how I have to tend to some things so I’m sure Iris can show you to where we all sleep and I will get Eliza to rely to the others jobs you can get started on
With a joyful nod, Nathaniel says goodbye to the newcomers as he exits the canteen with Eliza by his side
Nathaniel: thoughts on them
Eliza: they seem like a strong group, really good fighters which we need
Nathaniel: and the children
Eliza: like you said the boy is sharp, the girl seems timid but looks to be observant and vigilant
Nathaniel: is that good or bad
Eliza: depends on how she takes us
Nathaniel: so does this cause any issues to the plan
Eliza: Of course not, if anything, it gives us all people to use for it
Eliza smirks as she continues walking down the corridor with Nathaniel as they enter his office.

Back in the courtyard, Chris is up top with a couple of guards watching over everyone. Holdyn is currently showing Tony & Spencer how to use some of the power tools as Henry is busy cutting planks in half. Harley starts to walk over to Chris.
Harley: so how you feeling about the new additions
Chris: feeling good, I mean Monica seems to be exactly like Iris so I believe they are good people
Harley: well let’s not judge a book by its cover, we haven’t gotten to know them yet
Chris: very true but you guys were open to letting us in not even s month back
Harley: that’s because we got the sense that most of you guys were good people
Chris: most?
Harley: I mean you got Henry the hothead but he’s still willing to simmer down
Chris: you think anyone in Monica’s group could be trouble
Harley: don’t know, only time will tell I guess
As Harley says that, the camera pans over to Tony, Spencer and Holdyn as Tony looks up smiling, his gaze shifting as it reaches Harley, his smile quickly fades as he watches Harley watch him as Chris walks away from Harley, Harley continues to stare at Tony making sure he knows she will watching him.
