Minie brazilians (as a 3rd world country) culturally look up and are indeed very welcoming to foreigners, as you can probably know about the gringos being welcome in carnival (that's kind of stereotypical but the only example i could find at 11 am), and we most likely, as a whole culture, never speak down on any foreigners - mostly because we cherish and want to achieve the lifestyle that the americans, british, australians, canadians, irish, welsh, and many more have.
this is not politics or even remotely xenophobia when we are not the oppressor country, we are the ones who were stolen (from portugal, not you) and marginalized. you can't call reverse xenophobia, that's like saying a white person can suffer from racism from the words of a black person... literally no sense? lmao
