If we need to quarantine ourselves for 2 weeks after we receive the vaccine for c-19 when we travel overseas?

Also,apparently 2 people in srilanka died due to the vaccine lmao, and idk if I should risk dying over not smoking for 3 damn fucking days as I might just die from not smoking anyway.. but I’d risk if I can freely travel overseas I guess..

I think it depends from country to country. Also I've heard of a lot of people dying from the vaccine too :S
