To stop the flow of easy unearned money, randomize you need to change the current betting system. If you haven't noticed, people purposely throw the game to a predetermined winner. What would be better? Let us bet on stars, the "Stars support" might actually mean something by putting your money behind it.
That also would allow you to remove the betting limits. Letting people stake 100s or 1000s of T would make it very interesting.
Edit: In Stars the bets would remain secret until after the game ends.
The better system would be to hide how others bet...IF you changed it to STARS it would lead to the same issues and actually cause more predetermined winners...
Other than that the only answer to end premades doing charities and the like would be to create a system where multiple games fill at once and you are randomly placed into one (but that is easier said than done)...
People are hungry enough on this site that stars would never get predetermined. Assuming there are no more multis I don't see the issue. Even within a premade people don't join Stars just to "get 6th"
We should no transfer bets to stars. I have won my last 3 stars games and if I were to join the mass public would bet on me since I typically go far /win the game. This would make the target so big on my back I think Nexus is right bets should be hidden till after the game ends. I would hate betting on stars honestly it would make the game harder for people like me
@koolnes234 not to mention we already see it in rookies if someone tries to play the game and noms the one with the most bets they get blasted to hell and back and harassed...If STARS betting was allowed it would basically handcuff players because say Tengaged all bet on the white level lottery winner and they went early...Whoever they were up against next time would be rage voted against while at the same time if you get a cast that worries about the public they might be scared to nom said white level for fear of public backlash...
