If you can actually get everyone not to vote, does it always vote out the HOH? What about 7th place (or the other place on other DC)?
Or is the entire cast at risk like drawing survivor stones? Did randomize do this on purpose or is it a bug?
Could be an interesting move if you rather the HOH out than the noms in a real game....
