i think it's the connotation. like i mean "asshole" is a body part too but i think "cunt" is very pointed and especially if you say it to a girl it is pretty derogatory. Like yes you can call someone a "dick" but i think women by and large are portrayed as sex symbols (like i've seen way more buses with women in bikinis) and honestly even on this site people have some weird fascination with boobs/women. So I think it's that? Idk what it is but I feel like it's usually more offensive than those other words -- idk on a scale of 1-10 though (i think it also depends on context / who it's being said to)
