- Eat only when you need to eat
- Wake up 30 mins earlier than you use to and go for a jog, when you get home have your shower, the last minute of your shower put it on almost freezing cold to burn calories and give you an adrenaline rush for the day
- Try walk at least 1000-5000 steps a day (1000 the first month, every month after that increase it by 500)
- Have a calorie counter app, VERY GOOD TIP
- Don’t eat after dinner/tea, so you burn fat while you sleep
- Try your hardest to reduce the amount of sugar you eat, try cut at least half of your sugar out of your diet, you’ll thank me later
