Just wanted to make this blog to answers a couple questions and a few updates
There weren't many complaints which is happy to see, one thing I've noticed is the length of each episode. Some episodes will be shorter than others, ideally 10+ paragraphs is my key, and 20 is normally my limit, unless it's the pilot or big event like season finale or a major plot point happens in the series.
Also I'm happy people liked how I changed the episode format, although that was my original idea for the format, I'm happy people liked this episode who may of not liked the pilot.
A few hints/soft spoilers for the next few episodes:
•Episode 3, introducing the mall characters, will have Summer and her mum be "mains" of the episode, as well as Ofelia and Margaery, Varlto's characters and a couple more, also including some minor characters, as their time is limited, dead or unknown statuses by the end of Episode 3
•Episode 4 will be based on the Neighbourhood group, as they set up a camp on the outskirts of the city and some people plan to go back into the city to rescue others. Those people end up at the school, where we see the aftermath of the gym's bloodbath, and if Max and Melanie are alive
•Episode 5 will be the mall group, and continuing their storylines and we see more development with characters
•Episode 6 will be focused on the "rescuers"
•Episode 7 will bring a lot of people together, but not all the groups
•Episode 8 is the mid-season finale where some characters will be killed off, and a danger attacks the large group of survivors.
The next 8 episodes of Season 1 will be the aftermath of events of the mid-season finale, and the cast gets thinner.
There's a few cast deaths, and some sex scenes, and a whole lot of walkers.
The six minor characters introduced in the mall group are:
•Summer's Mother, pretty self-explanatory
•Shae and Ivette, Iona's friends
•Officer Knott and Officer Garnet, two security officers who work at the mall
•Mr Tavv, the owner of the mall
