Out of curiosity, would you need to get permission from the people you have on the products to use their image?

I don’t want next season of 1984 to take place in courtroom

SmoothStalker12 he certainly does need their permission. If any of them were to take legal action, he’d lose and quickly.

I'll likely add merch permission to the next application but they all agree to let me use their face when they apply

also most of the things with faces on them, with the exception of the season flags and stuff like that are being made by request / in result of a conversation in the alum char or other skype chat with that person

That was my curiosity, like they all have agreed to be on videos with you so I didn't think there would be any grey areas! Plus I mean it's not like you're a massive company profiting off people
