Today we had all 7 of the final 7 so we were able to accomplish quite a bit! Today is the last blog before the finale!!

So beginning off today, I had each of the children balance a cup on the back of their hand. Once their cup fell, they were out of the challenge.
Dallas fell first, followed closely by Joe. At this point, I had the kids close their eyes. If they opened their eyes, they’d also be out. This led to Alice, Oliver and Cody being eliminated.
This left Sally and Peter. I then had them stand on one foot, keeping their eyes closed and balancing the cup. Peter’s cup dropped, meaning SALLY wins immunity.
After seeing Peter visually upset, Sally opted to give her immunity to Peter. (I internally screamed when she asked if she could do this because I 100% thought that she was gonna be voted out now).
For the vote, Alice was running the show, wanting to vote out Cody, however, the boys flipped it back on her.
The final vote was 2 for Cody coming from Sally and Alice with all five of the boys voting for Alice, finishing her game in 7th place, leaving Sally the lone female left in the game.
We then immediately moved into the next round. For this immunity, I went back to a challenge we did for a tribal immunity and wrote a word on the chalk board scrambled up. The word was SOLUTION. I told the kids the first one to come up with the solution to the word would win immunity.
Within about 2 minutes, Oliver came to me and had the word. OLIVER wins immunity.
With 5 boys and 1 girl remaining, I expected to see Sally’s name being written 5 times, however, they surprised me when Dallas was the only one to vote Sally and Dallas received the other 5 votes. After only being here for one vote out prior to today, Dallas’s game ends in 6th place.
So now we went on our field trip, and then came back and did another round.
At this point in the game, its two duos (Peter/Oliver and Cody/Joe) and then Sally. Sally 100% needs this immunity or she is likely to get the boot based on how idols may be played or being the easy vote out.
For this immunity challenge, we played a game called “Dead Fish” where the children have to sit or lay as still as possible. Any movement will get them eliminated. After about 5 minutes of none of them getting out, I had them all sit up criss cross applesauce. This resulted in Joe being the first one out, followed by Cody.
Now, I made the other three come closer together and then sit criss cross with their hands flat on the ground. Oliver was the next one eliminated.
Then, after close observation, Peter scrunched his face, meaning SALLY wins the very important immunity challenge!
Now, this was an interesting vote situation. Sally had immunity, and Oliver and Cody both have idols, however, will they play them on themselves?
When I asked if anyone wanted to play an idol, Cody raised his hand first and played his idol on JOE! This means any votes for Joe will not count.
Oliver, not knowing whether to play his idol on himself or Peter, ultimately decides to play it on himself.
Oliver, Peter and Sally all voted for Joe, which does not count.
Joe and Cody both voted for Peter, meaning Peter has tragically been eliminated from the game.
I was very sad to see Peter go as he was very invested in playing, however he was a big threat for the vote in the end.
Our final four is the very unexpected Joe, Sally, Cody and Oliver. Who will win Daycare Survivor? I have no idea!
I did tell the kids today that tomorrows immunity is the FINAL immunity, hinting a final 3 to them.
