The kids officially have their tribe colors. The team that lost yesterday are the red tribe, they named themselves the Volcanoes. The team that won yesterday is the white tribe, they named themselves the Ghosts.
The Ghosts lost the first immunity challenge today. I had them do a relay race of running up the playset at the park, down the slide, and back to their team. The ghosts proceeded to vote out the new kid at the daycare, who also was mean to one of the other kids saying "why didnt you run faster?!"
Then, we basically played the quiet game for the 2nd challenge. The Ghosts team lost again, proceeding to vote out the child who cause them to lose the most points in the quiet game.
I have now hidden the hidden immunity idols in the classroom. I put the Red teams idol in a puzzle box that the children typically dont play with. The white teams idol is behind the parent mailboxes, which is on the shelf that the cups are for the kids to get water, but it is still hidden well. Hoping the idols wont be found for a while, but you never know.
It was hilarious watching the kids strategize for the votes today. One kid told me he has an alliance (yes he used that word) with a girl that gets mad easily and a 7 year old boy. He is definitely a favorite to win. Another favorite to win is a 9 year old girl that devised the plan to take out the new kid. She is very sociable, smart, and good at challenges, but not too good.
Ill have to keep giving updates as the game goes along :) #Daycaresurvivor
