Especially Men, because they feel like it's not okay to seek help when it most certainly is.

it's absolutely heartbreaking :( one of my favourite singers of all time Chester Bennington the lead singer from Linkin Park. Committed suicide back in 2017 because of his depression and I think the worst part of it was I watched his very last interview, and he talked about his depression and how he was like a prisoner in his own mind, and the interviewer basically just laughed at him when he was calling out for help. Then of course once the damage was done people were finally like, "omg how didn't we know?" Because people don't seem to care about other people's mental health until it's too late :(
