He's not on the side of police who shoot black people...smh...I live 45 mins south of South Bend, and I work for the law enforcement agency in my county...there are rules set up in Indiana, and a process that has to be followed by the Fraternal Order of Police and the Indiana State Police, before the Mayor of any town can do much of anything.
