Who’s making the cut? *raises hand*

I do think though, that if we start disqualifying every user from everything that has been slightly problematic in the past. With the way the vast majority of users have conducted themselves over they years we would have very little people left who could do anything, even if they were interested.

krisstory oooh I see. It's a hard position to be in, wanting to give roles and responsibilities to people, but also managing the personal side of it. Unfortunately none of us are perfect people and there will always be some "reason" to disqualify, if we go that route. I figure if people can do the job and whatever is problematic about them doesn't get in the way, that's great. I also believe people can grow and change, and giving opportunities can help members find their place.

And it's sooo hard to find people with zero past drama. And those without drama tend to be too laid back or busy IRL to want the work.
