If you are unaware to what that is,
It’s a guy who is dominated in prison and is forced into the position in which he bites the pube hairs off of other inmates’ nutsacks for cigarettes/snacks.
You sit underneath the bottom bunk and the other inmate sits at the end of that bed in a specific position under which his nutsack is hanging over the edge, and then you come between his legs from underneath the bed (kind of like being underneath the car on one of those wheely things that mechanics use), and like a pair of tweezers, pull out one ball hair at a time with your teeth.
I'll be honest I talked to the guy for a few hours and while I can see he has an aggressive personality...
