Anyone ever wonder why Carlos would've left this money bag of a website to decline when he could make it his full-time job in order to maximize its revenue potential?

My theory is that he already sold the website and never told us. However, he sold it quickly because he needed money. The person he sold it to turned out to be someone fickle regarding upkeep for the website and negligent of the profit potential.
