Battles Night 2 Notes:

1. TBH I didn't care for this episode that much.
2. Jordyn and Kelsea was basically the only battle I enjoyed, and they were still shaky in areas. Honestly, I like Kelsea's voice a lot more than Jordyn's, which is why I believe Alicia chose her over Jordyn, but Jordyn was definitely stronger for that performance. Kelsea had a few moments where she messed up a little. Either way, I'm glad Jordyn was stolen, cuz now I'm interested to hear her during the knockouts.
3. Jorge and Amber weren't bad, I just thought they sounded better individually than they did as a battle. The beginning was shaky when Amber joined in, but as the battle went on, they sounded better together. Jorge shocked me here tbh. We see every year, a guy who overuses his falsetto and sounds like a dying cat. Jorge, on the other hand, used his falsetto very well here and he actually has a good falsetto...so we'll see!
4. OK, so I like Davison's voice so much better than Reid's, BUT, Davison really didn't add much to this performance other than runs...so that was definitely his demise :( with that being said, this song was NOT made for Reid's voice lmao I didn't like his voice on it one bit...BUT that's not really his fault. I thought he performed it to the best of his ability...it just didn't fit his voice. I also find his voice kinda annoying. He's not bad...it's just not my type.
5. Megan Lee and Jamella have been montaged both times....lmao. Honestly The Voice really does montage Asian singers every year...it's pretty wild at this point lmao.

I know Megan Lee was a digest, but I am surprised they didnt feature her battle because she was against Johnny Bliss, who the show seemed to make a big contender. Also, I wonder if Jamella will be cursed as a triple digest boot
I am curious to see if Adam is going to put his two steals against each other to give Jackie the edge who I love. But maybe he split them up if he sees a lot more in Jordyn.
And why do they only show "Philippine Asians" but when its any other type majority of time they are montaged out majority of the time.
