Need 4 Speed - this round, submit a song which has a high tempo. AKA NO SLOW / AVERAGE speed music. Any genre, any language flies.

How many will be eliminated? ONE TO THREE will be eliminated depending on the submissions (and non-submissions). Good luck!

FIRSTLY, this round we will have the top contestant have a say on what Round 6’s theme will be AND they will have immunity for a round between Round 6-Round 9. That means they are NOT immune this round, and will still be up for elimination (kind of not the best prize if you get eliminated this round but it’s OK! Beggars can’t be choosers).
KINDRED7’S TOP PICKS: Computer3000 - ooh i really like this + the prominent violin bits thrown in! I may choose to put this on my playlist. I remember you mentioned were struggling a bit choosing but you found a great song!
Nateclove - i really love this or hate this song… it’s love… i literally had this on repeat so much when i first listened to it. <3 nicely picked!
Christian_ - ugh i love sad korean rock songs; they’re so good and i love how they can do a higher pitch at just the right moments, and have pauses as needed. Such a good song choice.
HeavyRain - although i havent actively sought out maneskin songs, whenever i listen to their music, i mustve been quite lucky bc theyve all turned out to be songs i liked + this song is no exception. Nice choice
FromAWindow - haha I know you know i like this but I also know you already knew of this song before… in retrospect i should’ve submitted this in that round of JUSCC but i wanted to stay true to my bias… but i love her voice and how dynamic the song is without getting overwhelming or cheesy.
Jaxon - This is such a good song <3 I remember .. i THINK Krystal? Submitted it in the other music contest =) I like the rock and the change in tempo + that it has both more somber + motivating bits. Great pick ^_^
shadowrider - not a bad song but idk it’s missing a je ne sais quoi for me to like rank it a lot higher. At least you’re getting to submit music you enjoy without getting eliminated!
Absol - damn this would’ve probably been my favourite this week bc it had so much potential but then just got a bit too repetitive for me (like not long enough segments being repeated), but i still enjoyed it, and you’ll def be safe this week
Paul028 - wow the instrumentals in the intro were really fierce and i really like the beat and tempo. Like absol’s, this was a contender for first but this one fell short because idk i just couldn’t get into the vocals… but man the instrumentals in this were def my favourite.
Tbrown_47 - honestly I’m pretty hard to please with slower songs, and i’m not the BIGGEST fan of his voice but honestly this is a pretty decent song. It was a nice soothing song and i could see myself listening to it on a road trip
Booyahhayoob - this was OKK too…. It just sounded like a lot of generic japanese rock songs which made it hard for it to like… really stand out? It was alright though! Def wouldn’t mind listening to this again.
Pennytrationstan - I liked the bits where he started singing a bit faster, otherwise the song was overall alright; like i wouldn’t change the station if this started playing on the radio / wouldn’t be mad. But likely wouldn’t seek it out to listen to… maybe just for the fast bits lol, but it wasnt bad. Just i found the other songs to be stronger this round
Tyler93 - this was okkkkkk but idk i didnt love it … i didnt like his voice and i guess this wasn’t really my style of rock =( like i did like the … idk enough music terminology to use the right term but the guitar when he says ‘hey hey hey’ is good but that’s about it =(
Becksta20 - oh i love this song - Mika’s sooooo good and this is such a fun song by him; it helps that i can understand it and the message is kinda nice too? The only thing is idk if this really has an element of rock? I did consult someone who has a better ear for this than i do and they said possibly something faint so i think you’re good to go this time since there was an attempt made to try to meet the criteria.
Yawnha.. - i really dont like this song =( like it could be good for some scenes in a movie but i’d def not go out of my way to listen to this…. But lucky for you 3pi didn’t even submit a song in a diff language… also like Beck i dont know if this has any rock?? But i could be wrong.. the instruments are a whole mish mash of random stuff to me so i guess an argument could be made that there’s some rock. Idek. But it’s ok you pass this time…
