What's the real reason why s39 winner doesn't got on s40?

A)Another male winner and too many recent male winners got on so they gave him a pass.
B)The winner is too old (Janet) so she drop out the offer to film two seasons back to back
C)The winner sucked
D)To not get spoiled
E)S39 winner actully got on S40 and production use a cover castway for him/her
