Can 1 houseguest be multiple times cursed?

Ok once 1 houseguest get the temptation he can not receive another,but what about the curse?Once 1 houseguest receive the curse he is immune to the others?Does someone know because Ramsey got cursed once it will not be fair if he gets unlucky again
