It got confirmed that the reason I wasn’t hired for my first therapy job is because “they didn’t know how clients would respond to a transgender therapist”
This manager that didn’t hire me ended up quitting shortly after, but it just sucks to know discrimination like this is allowed.

You don't even imagine how this affects me on a personal way, I'm so sorry you had to go through that. People tell us "it's going to get getter, if they don't want you there you'll find something for you soon" but what about now? It's scary
