yet, this was looked over and why ONE of the cases was not voted upon because of his bias. Not because its, of course, ridiculous, but because one supreme court member benefits from the ruling never being re-considered.
eh it's more complicated than that. the case is essentially abt whether a state can force an artist to create art that they don't want to make. yeah its in the context of a woman not wanting to take wedding pictures for a gay couple, but I think its a pretty obvious win for her (even if im a liberal) since the first amendment clearly prohibits compelled speech (and art is speech). to put it another way, should a Christian customer be allowed to force a gay artist to make them a painting that says like "KILL ALL GAYS" or "GOD HATES F******" or should the gay artist have the right to refuse them. I would hope the answer is no to the first and yes to the second.
Waste of the taxpayers money. We don’t need laws and regulations regarding who wants to photograph who. Goddamn Liberals and Conservatives all pieces of shits. Artists should be allowed to do whatever the fuck they want if they want to decorate the outside of their house with gay men hanging who the fuck cares it’s freedom of speech it shows who the ignorant member of society is.
