*Neuron and The Green Witch stand in the bathroom, staring at the mirror shards on the ground*
The Green Witch - “So, you did this?”
*Neuron nods*
The Green Witch - “But it wasn’t an intentional thing? You just… had a meltdown… and broke all the mirrors… as a ripple effect of vibrations that stemmed from your scream?”
Neuron - “I guess that’d be a way to describe it.”
The Green Witch - “That’s kind of… amazing?”
Neuron - “What?”
The Green Witch - “You’re kind of… like, mad powerful?”
Neuron - “No more than you or X.”
The Green Witch - “I mean, I think you might be getting there. Like, imagine if you can figure out how to prevent these slip-ups from happening… once you get full control of your powers… you could be the most powerful person on the planet.”
*Neuron slightly smiles at that thought*
The Green Witch - “X Caliber might have to watch out.”
Neuron - “He’s been telling us what to do for so long… but why?”
The Green Witch - “No damn reason.”
Neuron, smiles - He would never expect a young girl to be the one to shut him up.”
The Green Witch - “I’d love to see the look on his face.”
*Neuron smiles and raises her arms, and slightly sways them towards the wall, and the broken mirror pieces all fit back into place, and repair themselves*
The Green Witch - “How'd you do that?”
Neuron - “I had an idea in my head… and I externalized it.”
The Green Witch - “Shit, that’s cool.”
[THE PROTECTORS.]
*OUTSIDE OF THE X’ERS BUILDING*
*Mileena walks to the building’s door, being quickly approached by X Caliber*
X Caliber - “Where were you?
Mileena - “What do you mean?”
X Caliber - “You missed our meeting.”
Mileena - “Oh, I must’ve not been paged.”
X Caliber - “You weren’t scheduled on a mission anyways. You’re supposed to stay on site when there isn’t a mission, unless it’s after hours.”
Mileena - “I left early yesterday. I told Vyx and X-”
X Caliber - “They must’ve failed to deliver the message. Next time, come straight to me… or else, maybe when I find you in the park, talking to Jekyll… I’ll send you out on your ass without a home or group to protect you. Just like I did with Jekyll.”
Mileena - “So, because I talked to someone, you’re threatening to ostracize me?” *her claws come out, and her fangs appear*
X Caliber - “Don’t act silly. An anonymous tip sent in-”
Mileena - “Oh, screw that anonymous tip shit. I saw the bitch. It was that hero girl. Marjorey. You’re taking anonymous tips from the other side now? I wonder how X would like to hear that his father is becoming a double agent-”
X Caliber - “Don’t even bother trying to turn this around on me.”
Mileena - “Oh? Is that a threat?”
X Caliber - “You were the one scheming with someone who has been known to attack our people.”
Mileena - “Scheming? Really?”
X Caliber - “What do you call it?”
Mileena - “Catching up with old friends after the dictator of The X’ers kicked him out and ostracized him.”
X Caliber - “You know why that had to happen.”
Mileena - “I know why you said it had to happen. But, isn’t there two sides to every story?”
X Caliber - “You’re questioning my side of the story over a serial killer who killed our people-”
Mileena - “Did he kill our people? Doesn’t seem to be in his style the way that went down.”
X Caliber - “If I were you, I’d calm down with the conspiracy theories.”
Mileena - “If I were you, I’d stop pushing my luck. You know the thing about monarchs?” *PAUSE* “There’s always someone waiting to take you down. Don’t give them the motivation.” *walks by him*
X Caliber - “You don’t need to go inside.”
Mileena turns around - “Don’t be silly.”
X Caliber - “You’re off the team.”
*Mileena scoffs*
X Caliber - “I’m not joking. You’ve played one too many games.”
*Mileena bites her bottom lip, angered*
X Caliber - “You. May. Go.”
*Before leaving Mileena scratches X Caliber’s face with her claws. Blood spews down his face, as Mileea storms away.*
*X Caliber holds his face, noticing right away none of the cuts were too deep, or fatal, but will probably scar. But he remains relatively unphased. X Caliber walks into the Office, quickly being approached by X*
X - “Why are you bleeding?”
X Caliber - “Mileena. She went completely mad.”
*The Green Witch, Neuron, Dark Storm, Disturbia Killer, Actus Mortis, Vyx, The Reaper and Europa gather around, shocked by this revelation*
X Caliber - “I kicked her out, she has gone mad.”
X - “Just like Jekyll.”
Neuron, to herself - “Just like Jekyll… huh.”
Dark Storm - “This is madness, she is on our side-”
X Caliber - “If you want to question it, you can go out there and find out for yourself.”
Dark Storm - “I’m not questioning it, I’m just… at a pause.”
X Caliber - “Well, press play, because we don’t have time for this. She attacked me, and now is out and about, walking the cities, free to kill anyone.”
Vyx - “You want us to… track her down and kill her?”
X Caliber - “Is that a problem?”
*Neuron shakes her head and walks out of the room, into a hallway*
*The Green Witch follows her, everyone else stays in there, ignoring them*
Europa - “I’ll do it right now.”
Disturbia Killer - “How? Drowning her in the middle of the city?”
Europa - “Um, first off… I COULD, hypothetically, just do that. Giant tsunami, BUT… that might kill… all of you… and the entire… planet. Basically, it’d be… apocalyptic. But, also… don’t forget… if I want a meteor or something to just crush the bitch. I can do that, too.”
The Reaper - “I say… we kidnap her. Let me kill her, let me resurrect her.”
X Caliber - “See, I don’t think that’d be smart. Giving her a chance to break free. She has claws, you know. And razor sharp teeth. That’d be too risky. We need to kill her first, resurrect her after she’s dead.”
*The Reaper slightly nods*
X - “I can do it.”
X Caliber - “No, son. You’re the youngest one here.”
X sighs - “I can do it, Dad.”
Vyx - “I’ll do it. I can take her.”
X Caliber - “You might need to take Jekyll down in the process.”
Vyx - “Can’t imagine that being an issue.”
X Caliber - “You need back-up?”
Vyx - “I don’t think we need more people to be put in danger.”
Dark Storm - “I’ll go too.”
X Caliber - “No tornadoes or any of that shit, though. Okay?”
*Dark Storm nods*
Europa - “Are you serious? They get to go, but not me?”
X Caliber - “Your powers are simply of no help here. We need to keep this lowkey for now. We don’t need any more attention on this than we already have.”
*Europa puffs his chest, and storms out of the building, mad*
X Caliber - “While you’re on this mission, can you keep an eye out on him. We don’t need any tsunamis destroying the city.”
*Vyx nods, before leaving the building, with Dark Storm following*
*As the group breaks up, going back to their own routines, Disturbia Killer approaches X Caliber*
Disturbia Killer - “May we talk for a second?”
*X Caliber nods, and they walk into X Caliber’s office*
Disturbia Killer - “Close the door.”
*X Caliber closes the door*
Disturbia Killer - “I have to get right to it. I read your mind. I know you’re not telling the whole truth.”
X Caliber - “That’s impossible, you-”
Disturbia Killer - “You aren’t… unreadable. I know you tried to block off your thoughts, but… I guess I’m getting stronger.”
X Caliber - “You promised you wouldn’t ever read another X’ers mind, you-”
Disturbia Killer - “I only know… you were lying out there. I don’t know the whole truth, and… I am not going to sit around and let you kill off Mileena unless you tell me the bigger story.”
X Caliber, with a shrug - “If you tell anyone else, I’ll kick you out, too.”
Disturbia Killer - “Well, if you don’t tell me the whole story, I could tell them all.. MUCH worse. So, I’d prefer the truth… right now.”
*THERE’S A PAUSE*
X Caliber - “She didn’t just… randomly scratch my face like this.”
Disturbia Killer, with a nod - “I think I could’ve guessed that part.”
X Caliber - “Marjorey, the hero, sent in a tip. That she was talking with Jekyll. I confronted her about that. She didn’t deny it, and she tried to call me out on getting tips from a Protector. She tried to expose me, she implicated that I lied about Jekyll. That Jekyll wasn’t really killing our own. That he didn’t deserve to be kicked out of the X’ers…”
Disturbia Killer - “How far from the truth is that, really?”
X Caliber - “You do not get to spin this-”
Disturbia Killer - “Did you lie about Jekyll?”
X Caliber - “Don’t be ridiculous.”
Disturbia Killer - “Don’t lie to me. Did you kick Jekyll out… just because he questioned your leadership? Did you frame him?”
*THERE’S A PAUSE*
X Caliber - “No… get out of my office.”
*Disturbia Killer shakes his head, disgusted, before walking back out the door*
X Caliber - “DISTURBIA KILLER.”
*Disturbia Killer turns around, facing X Caliber*
X Caliber - “Everything I said is strictly confidential.”
Disturbia Killer walks back inside the office - “You have no power over me anymore.” *he walks back out*
*X Caliber shakes his head, as X walks in*
X - “What did he want to talk about?”
X Caliber - “Oh, just power stuff. It’s personal. He thinks his powers are getting weaker with age.”
X - “Does that happen?”
X Caliber - “Well, sometimes. But, it’s more so… your control over them wanes.”
X - “Oh… okay.”
X Caliber - “Shouldn’t you be getting back to school?”
X - “You’ve already taught me everything I need to know.”
X Caliber - “Always more to learn. Hurry along now!”
*X rolls his eyes, and leaves the room, closing the door behind him*
*X Caliber buries his head in his desk, frustrated.*
*IN THE HALLWAY*
*The Green Witch and Neuron pace back and forth*
Neuron - “Do you really think it could be true? Or am I crazy?”
The Green Witch - “It honestly… seems possible. He basically said the same story both times. They went crazy, attacked him and have been killing some of our own. But… we have yet to see any evidence that fits either circumstances.”
Neuron - “Listen, I don’t want to be hyper-paranoid or anything. But X Caliber is officially sketching me out.”
The Green Witch - “It felt like he scripted that entire thing. Not a bit of genuinity. And they all are falling for it.”
Neuron - “We need to have each others backs if we’re going to be able to get out of this mess.”
The Green Witch - “The problem is if we get out of this… we’ll have 10 targets on our backs, and he’ll try to have us killed.”
Neuron - “We need to expose him then. We need evidence or something, I don’t know. We just can’t sit around and let this continue to happen.”
The Green Witch - “I agree. We’re the X Sisters. We have to stick together and stop the X’ers from continuing to be this… corrupt.”
*Neuron nods and hugs The Green Witch*
The Green Witch - “You’re the most powerful bitch in this place. If any of them tries to mess with you… you can mess them up.”
Neuron - “I know.”
*ON THE STREET*
*Vyx and Dark Storm search for Mileena*
Vyx - “Do you actually want to do this?”
Dark Storm - “It isn’t an ideal field trip, but I won’t lose sleep over it.”
Vyx - “I don’t know. This situation just feels wrong.”
Dark Storm - “You were quick to join into it, though.”
Vyx - “Someone had to.”
Dark Storm - “It didn’t have to be you.”
Vyx - “You’re right.”
Dark Storm - “Why you, though?”
Vyx - “I tend to believe.. if I can take action, I can change the outcome.”
Dark Storm - “Don’t give yourself too much credit. Sometimes things are just… meant to turn out one way or the other.”
Vyx - “The butterfly effect completely disproves that idea.”
Dark Storm - “The butterfly effect is bullshit then.”
Vyx - “You don’t think everything is connected?”
Dark Storm - “Not everything. Some things just happen and they don’t change anything. Like, a tree falling down in the middle of the woods with no one around. That doesn’t change a single thing.”
Vyx - “But, once someone stumbles upon that tree, that will in fact, encourage an effect-”
Dark Storm - “This whole discussion is…. Just unnecessary. Can we just do our mission?”
Vyx - “Well, fine. Sorry.” *PAUSE* “Have you talked to your brother?”
Dark Storm - “I’m serious-”
Vyx - “My sister is a Protector, too.”
Dark Storm - “I know.”
Vyx - “We are connected, sort of. It’s not something we can ignore.”
Dark Storm - “We have rival siblings. Nothing groundbreaking.”
Vyx - “Why can’t we just… talk? Why does everything have to be a problem with you?”
Dark Storm - “Why does every minor coincidence have to be a cause for you to try and become friends with me?”
Vyx - “I’m sorry I’m not just a robot who does whatever X Caliber says and nothing else.”
Dark Storm - “I do other things, but talking to pathetic excuses for human beings isn’t one of them.”
Vyx - “Why are you so hateful, seriously?”
*Dark Storm shrugs and shakes his head, ignoring Vyx*
*Vyx sighs, and stops walking*
Dark Storm - “What. The. Hell. Are. You. Doing?”
Vyx - “Splitting up. It’ll cover more ground. Plus… Europa is somewhere out there.”
*Dark Storm rolls his eyes, and walks away from Vyx, who walks the other way*
*AT A HOSPITAL*
*Cinzi walks into a hospital room, sitting by a bed that her dad is lying in. She places a flower bouquet by the bed, and starts crying*
*LATER*
*Cinzi leaves the room, and quickly bumps into Ithemba, who was waiting outside*
Cinzi - “Oh, shit. What are you doing here?”
Ithemba - “Would it be creepy if I said I followed you here?”
Cinzi - “Kind of.”
Ithemba - “Then, I’m here to visit… whoever was in that room?”
Cinzi - “My father?”
Ithemba - “I guess so!” *smiles*
Cinzi - “Well, hi!”
*Cinzi and Ithemba start walking down the hallway*
Ithemba - “What’s your dad here for?”
Cinzi - “It’s a long… and personal story.”
Ithemba - “I got time.”
Cinzi chuckles - “It’s kind of a screwed up story, though.”
Ithemba - “I think we’re all screwed up.”
*Cinzi and Ithemba sit down in the hospital cafeteria*
Cinzi - “Do you really want to know?”
Ithemba - “I’m VERY interested in you.”
Cinzi - “You might not be once you hear it.”
Ithemba - “Want to bet?”
Cinzi - “Okay, well… a few years ago I was struck by lightning. And I died.”
Ithemba - “Oh. That’s a start.”
Cinzi, with a slight chuckle - “Shut up… um, and… my dad couldn’t take it. My mom died when I was just a baby so my dad was all alone… he knew about the powers some people possessed at the time. This was before they were just… accepted. Most people with powers were forced into hiding, because people weren’t very keen on the weirdos with powers. He went to a scientist who specialized in that type of resurrection shit. He didn’t know the scientist was mad.”
Ithemba - “Oh.”
Cinzi - “Yeah. I didn’t have my powers before I died. Now? I do.”
Ithemba - “How long ago was this?”
Cinzi - “I was 20 at the time. I’m 25 now”.”
Ithemba - “Have you tried-”
Cinzi - “I couldn’t control it at first. I would turn into a giant every time I got mad. If I couldn’t control my anger the lasers would start to come out of my eyelids. Homes destroyed. At first I ran, but then I realized… I can turn back time, too. I always tried to stop the bad things from happening. But, once you can turn back time, you realize… how unpreventable bad things are. You stop one from happening, and another situation arises.”
Ithemba - “So…”
Cinzi - “I saw someone. To try and get rid of my powers. But, apparently it’s more complicated than that.
Ithemba - “What do you mean?”
Cinzi - “The person was someone who can absorb powers. When he tried to absorb my powers… the lightning coursed through him. He almost died because of me. He couldn’t absorb them, because… for some reason the lightning that struck me… is apart of me. And because of that… I’m stuck with these self destructive powers.”
*Ithemba frowns*
*There’s a pause*
Ithemba - “What does that have to do with your dad being here?”
Cinzi - “He’s dying… and because of what happened to me… he refuses any unnatural method for saving him.”
Ithemba - “What is it?”
Cinzi - “Lung cancer.”
Ithemba - “Can magic even cure cancer, though?”
Cinzi - “Well, no… but if he died… we could bring him back hypothetically. But, he just.. Wants to die. He’s accepted it… and doesn’t want to come back, because… I came back different.”
Ithemba - “I think the way you came back is quite extraordinary.”
Cinzi - “Are you flirting with me?”
Ithemba - “So what if I was?”
Cinzi - “I would say I was not interested.”
Ithemba - “And I’d say you were lying.”
Cinzi - “And I’d say… no means no.” *smiles*
Ithemba - “Really?”
Cinzi - “Maybe, you might have to ask me to find out.”
Ithemba - “Want to go on a date with me?”
Cinzi - “Hmmm… when?
Ithemba - “Uh… how about-“
Cinzi - “Ugh, I don’t care. Yes.” *smiles* “I’ll happily go out with you.”
*Ithemba smiles, and they stand up, leaving the cafeteria, smiling*
*Jade and Kitana notice Dark Storm walking in their direction, and they quickly turn around*
Jade - “He could be with Mileena.”
Mileena - “He isn’t.”
*Jade and Kitana turn their heads and notice Mileena stanning in a dark alley. Claws and fangs out*
Kitana - “Hello, Mileena.”
Mileena, stepping out of the dark - “Hello. Twin.”

I love this villain drama! X caliber is definitely in a big trouble. Not only the Green witch and neuron are after him but the others seem to start seeing through his eyes as well. I hope disturbia killer tells the others what he found out.
lovely! x caliber won't last for much longer imo, even though i find his character very interesting! sadly, no screen time for my villain actus mortis:(, so can't say anything about my characters. however, i love this episode!
