I’m ngl I did skip a few songs I already have strong opinions on, but as a whole, I’ve listened to this album a bit more since I have it on my phone and haven’t gotten Yours Truly on my phone yet, so there’s a bit of a bias there.
I used to HATE this album, I used to find it garbage and trash, but this album came out the same year Frankie Grande was on Big Brother, so I’m finding there is a big correlation there.
This album overall is not as bad as I once made it out to be, and there are A LOT of good songs on it that are 8 or higher.
The Intro is weird to me because it’s terribly misleading. The intro was this slow ballad lullaby-like intro, when the album is more dance pop than her first one was. Idk this doesn’t take away, it’s still a good intro.
This album overall is just slightly worse than Yours Truly imo, I was way too hard on it cuz I hated Frankie Grande back then. (I still hate Frankie Grande but he just isn’t relevant to me anymore)
There are definitely some bad tracks (Hands On Me is a mess and I rlly don’t like Problem, sorry arianators) and the ending track is no Better Left Unsaid, but Why Try and One Last Time are top 10 Ari songs ever, and there’s more good songs than bad.
Standouts : Why Try, One Last Time, Just A Little Bit Of Your Heart, Break Free, and a few others but I don’t want to name too many
Weak links : Hands On Me
