I did the math in my head... It's day approximately 1095 of the apocalypse. Of course, not exactly. Unless it's been exactly 3 years today. I left the year blank because, who the hell knows? I'm not even positive when it started. What if it started with the dinosaurs? Or the cavemen. Than it'd be thousands of years ago. What if Jesus was a zombie and that's why he resurrected? Then it'd have to start in the B.C times... Who knows? I decided to start a journal to make sure I keep my sanity. Who knows my logic to it. When I went to therapy that was my therapist advice, write about my parents death in a journal. I found this journal at the school. This is the first time I got a chance to write in this, maybe it'll give me closure.' Callum writes in the backseat of the car.
Mark asks "aren't journals a little bit... Gay?"
"Aren't you a little bit... Gay?" Callum asks.
Leif sings "why can't we be friends?"
Mark slaps Leif "ew."
Leif says "OW! PULL OVER!" He takes the wheel and Mark slaps his hand.
"STOP!" Mark and Callum scream.
Leif screams "WE HAVE TO GO BACK FOR EMMALEIGH!"
"Oh hell no!" Mark says.
Callum says "Leif... You are insane! No going back!"
"WE NEED TO GO BACK!" Leif shrieks.
The car crashes into a zombie and pins the zombie against a tree. "AH!"
3 YEARS AGO, INSIDE A HOSPITAL :
The hospital is chaos,
Mark looks around "HELLO?! MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN BIT! HELP!"
The man in his arms opens his eyes.
"SOMEBODY HELP ME!" Mark screams he drops the man, but the man bites his foot "AHHH!"
Cristina sees this and gasps "oh my!" Cristina shoots the man in the head. "I will amputate."
"Okay! Please... Hurry. I don't have much time." Mark cries.
Lexie asks "do you need my help?"
"Yes, little Grey. You have to find Meredith. GO GO GO!" Cristina yells.
Lexie says "okay." She runs away.
Cristina puts Mark down and grabs an emergency ax "this will hurt, but after wards. I have a perfect thing to help."
IN THE WAITING ROOM :
Lexie shrieks "MEREDITH! MEREDITH!"
Miranda runs into Lexie and says "get outta my way."
"Dr. Bailey have you seen Meredith?" Lexie asks.
"No, you gotta go." Miranda says.
"You need to come with us!" Lexie says.
"Richard and I are living here. Or dying here." Miranda says, running down the hallway.
"MIRANDA. IF I MAKE IT OUT. I WILL COME BACK FOR YOU." Lexie cries.
"You won't..." Miranda says, running out.
IN THE O.R :
Mark wakes up and notices a wooden leg on his stump. "Whoa! You're amazing."
Cristina says "we gotta go."
"I have a truck." Mark says.
"We will leave together. I have to find my friend Izzie." Cristina says.
OUTSIDE THE HOSPITAL :
Mark finds his truck and goes down the alleyway and waits for Cristina and sees Izzie. "Hm..."
PRESENT DAY :
Mark wakes up and there is a zombie right in front of him that scratches his face "AH!" He shoots it in the face.
Callum and Leif wake up "AH!" They rush out.
A zombie tackles Callum "AHHH!"
5 YEARS AGO, IN A THERAPISTS OFFICE :
A tall, brunette man, with glasses and a notepad asks "When your parents died in the crash... How did you feel?"
"Great... Are you a real therapist? Dr. Davis... You really suck." Callum says. "My parents died in a mother f... A freaking plane crash! How am I supposed to feel?!"
Richard says "yeah... Yeah... You're a dick. No one likes dicks."
"That sounds wrong." Callum says.
"Don't make jokes. Dicks don't make good jokes." Richard says, tiredly. "I have heard countless dicks, douches and jerks make dull ass jokes and they are never funny. They are always just rude, offensive or racist. You are a dick. A mean old dick. Now, are you actually gonna talk or are you just gonna be a dick?" Callum is quiet. "Good. Write in this journal for 365 days. Come back in 100." Richard chucks the journal at Callum.
PRESENT DAY :
Callum tries to push one off and he barely gets it high enough to shoot it in the head.
Callum screams "YES!"
Leif is trampled by one and is nearly bit but he turns around and shoots it in the head. Leif screams "CALLUM. MARK. I AM LEAVING. I DO NOT CARE IF YOU WILL COME WITH ME. I AM LEAVING. WITH. OR WITHOUT. ANY OF YOU." He says "Now. Are you coming with me?"
"I don't think we can." Mark says.
"No." Callum says. He raises his voice "NO. GET IN THE GODDAMN TRUCK AND STOP COMPLAINING."
"No." Leif says, walking away. He starts running.
Callum says "what an idiot."
Mark slaps Callum. "Don't be a dick."
DOWN THE ROAD :
Leif runs from a herd and a zombie grabs him "AHHH!" The zombies mouth is inches away from his neck.
3 1/2 YEARS AGO :
Leif wakes up, naked in bed, next to a naked Emmaleigh. "Oh shit."
PRESENT :
Leif elbows the zombie and is trampled by multiple zombies "AHHH!"
A car runs over some and they shoot the ones on top of him.
Leif gets up and notices the truck and he smiles "Mark!"
Mark says "we are going back."
Leif hugs Mark and says "thank you."
Callum stares at Leif, madly.

Carley says "Don't overreact."
Shannon screams "VENGEANCE!" She shoots a machine gun at a huge swarm of zombies.
"Maybe, we are under reacting." Carley says.
Melissa shoots her shotgun at something "GET OUT!"
Danica slashes someone's face open "Agh!"
Jane cries at a grave.
"We are all screwed." Carley says.
"You are too." Shannon says.
Shannon shoots a gun.
