Tengaged Court adminkandee_ yoshitomi is right, we need a place where users can plead their case before a ban. You can blacklist while it鈥檚 in court, or red nose so they can鈥檛 join Stars etc.
this would be a great way to bring the public together so they can stop crucifying the mod team for actions.
Justme it was just ending or about to end when I joined so I just dont remember how it worked...I just wanted specifics before I formed an opinion lol...
NexusCainadminjustme The initial one had it to where anyone could post a forum with proof. (Obvs would have to follow the proof guidelines). Then the public could weigh in and the panel make the decision. However, the issue was people started to spam make forums for the slightest injustice and it got out of hand

@koolness the format with tweaks as you mentioned is sound...Sounds like the key to whether it works or not would be the diversity and how unbias the panel is/was...All in all sounds like the perfect compromise at least to attempt again...
nexuscain from what I heard it turned into a big joke but admin can make their own guidelines koolness234 yes I think posts should need some sort of approval so it doesn鈥檛 turn to that
gagaluv I think the things that result in an instant perm ban like porn & illegal activities should never be up for discussion but other things that get reported can be dealt with here with the mod panel taking all sides into consideration before final decision.
