Can someone please explain to me how to get the customized avatars a lot of people have? Is the only way to do so by purchasing in auction or the shops? If so, how do some people know to buy quickly when the prices are super cheap? Can you wear your own custom designs?
Pretty much I'm a new player who wants to customize my avatar and make it look cool without spending real world money. Is that possible? Lol
or is it just luck?
