It's a rule though. You share an IP. You can't share an IP with a permanently banned user. It's against the rules. It's always been like this lol.

so stupid, and yea i know this rule has been on the site for awhile. me and shadowballer000 have been victims of this multiple times. just because its been here for awhile, doesnt mean theres nothign wrong with it. i think it should just get removed. maybe if it was suspicious (like there is suspicion that their multis and not 2 seperate people) but like me and shadows case, im sure everyone knows we arnt multis
