The 13th person I'd like to bring back for survivor second chances 2 is Tracy Hughes-Wolf. You know you're a good Survivor player if you can make your tribe keep someone who is as bad at challenges as Chet and someone as crazy as Kathy was. Tracy is one of the people I consider the most robbed pre-merge boot (even more so than Allie since Tracy's alliance only voted her out since Kathy quit the game and they didn't have the numbers to do the plan she had suggested to them after Kathy quit). I would love to see her back, although sadly I know this will never happen.
