Don’t look too much into it, the recruiter thing is done by licenses and perhaps your company ran out of open licenses so they looked at last activity and took yours away to assign it to someone else and are working on getting more licenses.

I fucking hated LinkedIn Recruiter, I thought it limited me more than helped in the overall. I never expressed that to my boss, and would use it as a backup means. My issue is the fact there was never going to be a mention of if to me. That is on top of just the constant toxicity (I fear isnt unique to my company in the staffing realm...) but when your told everyone is on notice, and then the same day that afternoon something like that happens when you're on a vacation... I think its just my final straw.
Staffing just isnt for me, and I've known that from the start. But my PTO will be used throughout october & thats just what I've been waiting for.
Jaxon that does sound like a toxic work environment. If “everyone” is on notice that screams that the manager is the failure. Also NO ONE should know about performance metrics besides the employee.

Honestly, the manager isn't the problem. Its an offshore company who is making an attempt to have an onshore presence. It really comes down to the directors not wanting to mold their processes to how staffing works onshore (in comparison to what works offshore) and it just sets up a long list of challenges that makes the entire process even more of an uphill battle than it already is.
I really tried to make it to a year mark but at this point, Im not sure if I can get there before getting fired & I gotta look out for myself first. We started with like 20 and we are down to 5 recruiters.
