Alright Jeff Probst, I’ve proven myself now cast me on Survivor so I can make my way over to being a career challenger!!!!
In all serious, this has been a decade long battle for me and I have finally accomplished what I used to think would never really be achievable. I have been on Tengaged for basically half my life, and up until February 2021 I sat at brown level… kind of an awful level to settle for, but I truly thought getting to black was impossible.
I started playing games again and with that I started to make some new friends on this website and that has definitely got to be what has kept me coming back after all this time. Additionally, I saw my own ability grow from being totally helpless, to getting pity wins or having people sacrifice themselves for me so I can make it another day change, to actually being able to hold my own in a game and earn Blood without needing a charity & getting this 500 karma for TV Star in half the time it took me to get the 200 for Blood.
I found this site as a kid while googling ‘Online Games Like Survivor,’ and I know it is silly to let Tengaged hold any sort of value in your life… but it truly has been there with me throughout growing up and this is an accomplishment that I feel proud of- and I definitely would have not been able to do it without the friends on this website that I have made.
Speaking of which, from my time from Brown to TV Star I have had 3 charities, and I’m definitely going to be extra for TV Star so first of all thank you to the list below of people who gifted me 360 Karma:
I love joining charities for a non aggressive game, but I know not everyone enjoys them, so thank you ^^^ for joining at least one of mine <3.
And not every friend has been able to join one (whether they have been in a game at the time, or were just a fake bitch (you know who you are)), so here is a shoutout to the people I talk to on a regular basis and have been great friends to be regardless:
To everyone else I talk to from time to time, I’m sorry I only get 30 tags a blog and it’d be way too many people to go through, but I don’t appreciate you any less <3.
As a sidenote, I’d also like to thank tengaged as a community for words of support (even silent through plusses) about my drama on saturday. Sometimes this website feels as my only outlet to vent to people who understand what being lgbt is like. I will forever appreciate this community for the good is has brought me.
So thank you everyone & yay to my accomplishment/milestone on this website! Maybe I’ll go for super gold now?
