I can't do this, I can not WORK in these CONDITIONS.
The military is literally one of the grossest mindsets that exists.
I will NOT deal with a manager who wants to punish the whole because of a couple bad eggs.
If you want to play games I'll play games right back.
You want to SIT here fifteen minutes before it is time to go home, and drop on everyone you want 15-20 resumes sourced and ready to go for an 8:30 meeting? No ma'am.
Guess what hun, I had my 8 resumes I took time to source and have ready to call in the morning (8 being the maximum he has wanted us to find at a time this entire time). But now you want to make me stay late to appease your pettiness?
Uh uh. I'll take those final 15 minutes to find 7 shitty ass resumes that won't be usable. I'll clock out on time.
If you want to waste MY time, I'll waste yours.
All you are doing is effectively turning one of the only workers you have who was actually TRYING to do their job right, into a bad worker.
I'll get petty RIGHT back.
At the end of the day, this ain't a job I need. I could find the same job at a different company easily. I only plan on needing a years experience anyways to gain enough to go to something BETTER.

Edit: All of this is on top of adding 2 additional meetings of the day created Friday made to waste my fucking time. Making a 5-5:30 meeting was PETTY ENOUGH.
Edit 2: And CONSTANT FUCKING PASSIVE AGGRESSIVENESS SENT TO THE TEAMS GROUP CHAT OF EVERYONE.
