Okay, there's something up with this. It seems Val is part of Twitter, Facebook, and savesolitary.com.

We need to get her Twitter and Facebook to 500 followers combined. This could end up getting Solitary V5 to a reality. So, get in there!

Yes, it only says unlocking wallpapers for now, but this will unlock the next test, and the website says there is a new Solitary coming, being 5. 4.5 is something as well...
