This will work like the actual seasons of the Gauntlet. The first episode, two team captains are enlisted for each team (Random.orged). When their team loses, they will be sent into the gauntlet automatically. Genders will not be dependant here as it just confuses everything.
So the captain that goes in will just be randomized.
