When an album is being released

on a specific date
is it released on a specific time? I mean every album has a different release hour or ?

They all get released at midnight the date they are being schedules, the hours depend on time zones, though. So Australia sometimes get albums before everybody else.

Either at midnight or sometimes they do a global release so it comes out everywhere at the same time.
