This is going to be my all stars dream cast for Escape The Night. This will not include the people who I think DESERVE to be back in Escape The Night, it will include characters with whom I thought brought a lot to the story or whose prescience I just genuinely enjoyed personally. This will also include survivors and characters who passed. Besides Joey, there are usually 12 people on the cast, so that means I’ll be picking 6 males and 6 females. In no particular order, here we go!
1st pick

I want Shane Dawson back for two main reasons: one being that he is obviously a big part in the main story since he is pretty much the first person we see who was apart of the Society of Evil while at the same time not getting much screen time because he literally dies within five minutes of the show. The second reason being that I just absolutely love Shane Dawson as a person and I feel as if given the screen time in an all stars season, he would pull through by giving an enjoyable personality for us all to watch.

This little munchkin is my favorite person to have ever been on a season of Escape The Night and she made me extremely proud that she made it so far in season 3. She easily fits the role of the sweet and innocent person that really is sad about everything that happens with all of the death around her and that could bring on the emotional aspect when the show needs her to. Also her overall cuteness provides the show with a different angle of conveying comedy in which is a key element the show focuses on.
3rd pick
DeStorm: The Railroad Tycoon
Even I am surprised when it comes to this choice as I was not that big of a fan of him when he was first introduced, but it seems to be that his character is needed to have a balance cast. Often he provides the audience with a cynical perspective on the comedy aspect. As well as this, he way sort of the villain role in his season where he was the complete opposite of merciful and just wanted to survive regardless of who he had to sacrifice. His goal of preferably surviving on his own instead of being able to help as many people survive as possible and him dying in the process could be a key element when it comes to conflict within the group.

Liza Koshy: The Explorer
This should be the most obvious choice when it comes to characters that are most likely to return for an all stars season due to the fact that she was a main part of the hint that an all stars season was coming up. I can see why she is loved by the majority of the community as her fun personality accompanies the show in its comedic elements extremely well. Plus she is at the center of YouTube at this moment so why wouldn’t the Escape The Night team want to bring the most popular person on YouTube currently back to boost the audience numbers.

I think a lot of you kind of forgot who this guy was because I sure as hell did, but when looking back on all of the characters his whole story left a big mark on the season. He is another personality with whom I can see quickly turn into the villain type role if the show needs him to. Like DeStorm, his lack of empathy supplies the show with a unique version of trying to survive at all costs. Although I don’t think he was as memorable as others due to the lack of witty one liners the show relies on a good portion of the time, it’s important to note how important he was to the first season and how important he might be to another.

GloZell: The Jazz Singer
I think there is only one obvious reason why GloZell should be added into the show: her hilarious and utterly hysterical personality. Something that I touched on earlier is that the show relies on one liners at times and while GloZell was alive in her season, she provided the majority of those clever one liners. Not to mention the fact that was completely pushed out of the show because the show just wants to suck Joey off 24/7. She deserved to last longer so I want her to be in an all stars season.

This is the first survivor on the list and for good reason. The likelihood of someone returning to the game while surviving the first season that they were in is very low since the season strongly hinted at the fact that the returning players are ones who have died. Anyway, Tyler played an extremely important part in his season since not only was he good at solving puzzles, his personality and witty one liners kept the audience paying attention as he was one of the entertaining cast members. You either really like him or hated him, and in this case I was very fond of his placement on the cast.

Any sane person would have this gem on your list of potential cast members on an All stars dream team. Not only is she the absolute QUEEN of witty one liners, she is extremely smart when it comes to the challenges. She won THREE one on one challenges, like holy shit. I personally think that she is the most fun character I have ever seen in an Escape the Night season. Definitely one of my favorites.

In the beginning of his season, he barely had screen time and was barely a character. Slowly as the season went by we got to see more of his character but it was mainly centered around him being Nikita’s puppy dog. That’s not necessarily a bad thing as it provides certain aspects that no other character showed. He supplied the show with some witty one liners but yeah, every season needs a first boot am I right?

Along with GloZell, Colleen joins in the ranks of the completely pushed and robbed queens of Escape the Night. Just because she wanted to go against Joey because he LITERALLY brought them all here to kill them and she was the only one to see that. Hopefully her iconic legacy will love on in an all star season because she was honestly really funny to watch and I can’t. The only downside to bringing her back is that I can’t deal with another scene of her screaming her head off because that really tore me up inside.

My personal favorite Survivor to ever be on Escape the Night is MatPat. He really is the main person behind solving most of the puzzles and he is fun to watch. He had a watchful eye over Rosanna which was one of the cutest things in all of ETN. He was a deliberate and intellectual participant in ETN and a voice of reason is really needed sometimes in the show.

My last pick is honestly extremely iconic because I feel like she would blend incredibly well with the cast I have placed on my dream team. She gets along well with the other cast members and is bomb as fuck in the challenges. Also I just think of the interactions between her and Nikita. It honestly would complete my life.
