Starbuck's Protein Box

Inside the box are:

3 slices of a BBQ Chicken and Power Slaw Sandwich (w/ smoky bbq sauce, pepper Jack cheese, and cile-peach spread on flatbread)
some apple slices
a cup of carrots

Loopspeare not really.  Sugar and salt are worse than preservation chemicals though.

Sebbers  Yeah, it has a generous amount sugar and sodium, but it also has a lot of protein and over twice the daily value of Vitamin A according to the Nutrition Label that came with it, so I'd figured I'd ask.  :)
