So the story behind it is that I guess someone many many years ago posted this pic on here. joeyjones showed it to thegoodman who found it intriguing and funny and began posting it all the time usually followed by a caption saying "me." the girl in the pic was dubbed "That Girl". From there friends of TheGoodMan adopted it as a symbol of power and friendship. Sadly since tengaged deletes mails every so often, the identity of the original user of this picture has been lost. It was never really making fun of a person, it was just a selfie of some girl, who I dont think is downs syndrome? The lore behind the picture is kind of greater than the actual picture at this point.
tl;dr: yes this is an old tengaged user whose identity is lost to time. no, its not meant to make fun of anyone, more of an appreciation

But I have questions about this avatar. I’ve seen it at least 3 times since I started playing games on here.
