Be the first to enroll in a rookies game and claim "My __________ charity" (fill the blank with whatever reason, remember it has to be a valid reason to host a charity [hosting a charity because you want T$ is not a valid reason]).
For example if you just got blue level, you'd say "My blue level charity". If you just reached 1000 karma, you'd say "My 1000 karma charity". If it's your birthday, you'd say "My birthday charity" and so on.
