How do you tell

the ladies that are closest to you, about your recent engagement and they are your bridesmaids. I'm not very good and giving news like this to them and knowing were kinda keeping it a secret from our families till about late 2014. I find it very hard. Maybe I should start small, and have my brides maid of honor find out sometime after our families do.
