ALERT. Going through the ratings..I decided to RE revamp my ratings AKA add a new category. There are now 2 categories replacing the "Safe" category - Above Average (higher safe) and then Adequate (lower safe, but not low). They are both the middle lanes of the road still, but I felt there is still a distinguishable step between high - safe - low placements that just wasn't being fulfilled. CALL ME CRAZY...but i wanted to do it. You see how many bitches of you are in the middle and there were just 2 distinct levels of that in my opinion SO I DID WHAT HAD TO BE DONE!

- BTS or BTR? Cuz this is serving Big Time Rush realness hunny. It's cute and all. The music is a little underwhelming but we can kinda work with that for what they're going for here. As for the vocals, I mean, they're good...the voices are just a little high? And the lyrics are cute. I appreciate you sending in the bilingual lyrics. I'm surprised you didn't submit Permission to Dance.
🟡 Booyahhayoob 🎤 Chasing Cars / Snow Patrol 🟡
- I think the delivery of this song outside of the chorus is pretty choppy. But I mean other than delivery, the vocals are alright just a little monotone. I also would like more from the music, it's just a little boring until the 3 minute mark-ish. This song is strong lyrically though! I just feel like...the way they did the chorus is moreso how they should have done the whole song.

- This is a very pretty song. I really don't know what else I could say about it other than that though, it's just averagely pretty.

- I like the sound here and I like the delivery she's bringing. I get the vibe she's going for, and I want to like it but idk, I think it's the lyrics...I wanted more.

- I don't remember his voice being this...grainy? Lol. I don't know many songs from him, just a couple love songs, but I think he does them really well. This is a good, cute song that like definitely brings a smile, but also I think it lacks something that really makes it stand out.

- Honestly we love misplaced confidence and delusion sis so I'm EXCITED to see what you bring to the table this season! <3 This was actually a GOOD opener turks way to go! The mini drop off the chorus including the deeping of her voice was good! The only thing that I didn't like was the way she delivered the "youuuu" like wtf girl...and she kept doing it like STOP. But yeah the music bops, lyrics are strong, and vocals are otherwise good.

- oh girl get over your ex already..i'm jk maxi ily and support you <3 So honestly I think this song/she has the foundation laid to be great but it's really her voice..it is kinda in the background, a little overpowered by the music and just in too high of a register? idk if that's the right way to say it, but it's not commanding enough. Like I could definitely see this being something to scream along to...but if someone did that, they'd only hear themselves, not her, ya know? Lyrically and musically though it did snap.

- Okayy vocals queen. I...want to love this song but it lowkey seems like two different songs? I loveee the deeper sound to the music and her voice used in the verses, it's giving me like kinda dark alternative perfection vibes. But then she switches into a happier voice and the music changes too for the chorus and it becomes like an inspirational song? LOL? I don't really understand that. It's still a good song I just wish it would pick one sound.

- THIS IS SO GOOD??!! I absolutely love the contrast of the everything is gonna be fine part to the rest of the song and how it's placed, but yeah idek what to say like it just delivers so hard. Great lyrics, I love how bold the music is!! I know your feedback is like the shortest I just honestly don't even know what to comment on. You get a REDO POWER good for the next 2 rounds.

- What a COP OUT sending in something I used twice in your competition ;) I'm jk lol I get it I do, this song is just gorgeous and if it works with both of our tastes...it's kinda perfect then isn't it? Literally the only problem I have with this song is that she says you're the DUTCH and i'm the Duchess like okay queen you haven't heard the term Duke before? Wtf is a dutch. But yeah no it like performs amazingly lyrically, the music is so comforting, and vocally she's so strong and the LAAAAAND really sends me, it does.

- We love a subtle dance bop. I was actually just on a new music quest this weekend & one thing I was looking for specifically was a Spanish song that made me want to dance. Going through some playlists I literally could not find one I liked and gave up, so thanks for sending this, cuz I've been needing a new Spanish bop! I think this song executed everything it wanted to do perfectly and I really liked the lead into the last chorus. I wish I liked the guys' voices a little more but meh.

- Now Mrkk, THIS is what you should have submitted in last season's finale for social commentary! Stromae is honestly just so good. His music was the first French music I was introduced to, and this song specifically was the third French song I ever knew, so it holds a special place in my heart. I also love the commentary on society here, social media and consumerism. The thing is, I'm getting too much Stromae from you I think. I want more diversity going forward. His songs have been some of your best submissions...but you shouldn't keep relying on one artist.
That does leave three of you, receiving suboptimal ratings this week since there is no need for a bottom 2.

- Oh I was so confused at first, I thought this was incomprehensible English lmao. Ummm idk what the music is here...it's a lot and a little overwhelming to me, and it doesn't seem to fit the vibe of the song or his voice? Obviously you'd know the vibe of the song better, but since I can't comment lyrically on it...it just feels very out of place with itself.

- Honestly the chorus of this is good! But the rest...idk. I think the lyrics are there and the vocals are pretty good but this song is just...an 80s song and very clearly so. It doesn't click for me on a sound level with the like kind of disco-y vibes?

- I thought this song was a little boring at times, but the chorus and the second half was better. I really liked that the music picked up in the second half, because it was very underwhelming at first. Her voice was pretty, but this song just doesn't seem suiting for her.
