I'm just finishing up my non-keto food today. Anyone have any tips? I am basically planning to have eggs in the mornings, green olives for snacks, and then chicken and broccoli with some alfredo sauce for dinners the next couple days. I may be leaving pasta behind but I can't leave alfredo sauce behind period

Lots of cheese. Bacon. Avocados. Nuts. Those types of high-fat foods are permitted in KETO and will keep you full.
