Here is my rating system! These were assigned as I listened and possibly adjusted afterwards to be contextualized among all songs. I'm hoping this system & my feedback helps with your choices going forward, and I'm sure going forward I will have less categories haha.

1st: crazybone5000 One More Sleep
This song SLAPS and you've earned the 1st place spot by picking a song that hasn't had a spotlight but is still deserving of it. You're immune for Round 2!
2nd: Irelia All I Want for Christmas is You
Queen energy. A timeless bop. The serotonin production is outstanding. You're immune for Round 2!
4th: FromAWindow Little Drummer Boy
Pentatonix can be hit or miss...but this is a HIT!
5th: Absol all i want for xxxmas
When I say my jaw DROPPED. I loved this. Dirty without being disgusting. Fun!
The top 5 BOPPED. Outstanding choices. Rated: Strong Safe. But there are 11 songs to go.
6th: BarbraStreisand Extraordinary Merry Christmas
The fact that a Glee song made it this high...LOL the thing is, I don't like covers UNLESS it's Christmas music (typically - some exceptions apply), but this isn't even a cover. It was nice!
7th: joshgillespie It's Beginning to Look a lot like Christmas
Classic song & Bublé has a nice voice. This is probably the best rendition of this song!
6th/7th were rated Solid Safe! They showcase the importance of picking nice voices.
8th: Eilish Underneath the Tree
I couldn't understand all the lyrics but what I could understand was good and Kelly is amazing. Great music & vocals.
8th-10th were rated Fairly Safe. Upon listening it was a fairly safe assumption they would not be on the bottom. 9 & 10 - These particular versions of these songs aren't the best: even if they are the classics, artists with better voices have done these songs.
11th/12th were Leaning Safe. I wasn't sure and had to listen to more to know if they would end up on the bottom. I'm not a fan of rock or of long instrumental intros, but the voices of the artists and the unexplainable feeling of familiarity with these songs kept them from being on the bottom.

ily: this song was too '70s sounding and slow. (Last Christmas)
turkey: this is an example of talking in a song that did not work out well. It was also soooo repetitive. At some points the music was good but at other points it was infantile and uncomfortable. (Christmas Day)
carolina: the intro and the way he sang this were...difficult to sit through. (Santa Claus is Comin' to Town)
FACE OFF FROM THE BOTTOM:
Carolina: Mary, Did You Know? BEAUTIFUL CHOICE! I was wondering if anyone would pick anything religious. The vocals in this were literally breathtaking. One of only 2 songs added to my playlist. This would've been an initial top 5 song for sure. You are SAFE.
ily: Even Ariana could not salvage this song for me, but it was just enough to keep you safe.
