If I were you guigi I would 100% file a police report on Akeria. Everything he has said, is 100 percent slander and libel. (A crime). He goes through life saying things, and he doesn't think there will be consequences. I think its time to show him that there are consequences.
I've already submitted a police report of my own (which has also been forwarded to his ISP, who is planning their own investigation into it). The police report is filled with past screenshots and blogs that would show him to be a danger to other people. But I think it would be good for you to make a police report of your own, because its clearly not okay to be slandered and lied about on the internet. If you have any questions, feel free to mail me on how to get the police report started.
And unlike Akeria, we actually have a case. And unlike Akeria, I will be pushing forward with the case. I have a case number and everything, and I hope he choses not to believe this. It will make everything that much better when his parents find out about how he acts on the internet.
